Scam Artists and Infuriating Customer Support
Apparently it looks like everyone deals with these scam artists the same.
I deposited 10 GBP for the welcome offer. I got an email saying I'm not eligible. So I decide, well I will withdraw those 10 GBP. It says min is 20GBP. So I deposit another 20 for a total of 30GBP sitting there. I try to withdraw it. I get an error saying I can't withdraw and to contact customer support.
I contact customer support. I speak to a robot. Who passes me to an advisor.
The advisor spends a half hour "looking into the issue" (what issue??? I am trying to withdraw my money!) and comes back with a committee is reviewing my request.
I ask to speak to a manager - who was unhelpful and did not answer my questions or provide me any solutions.
She says I need to upload an ID.
I am happy to do so but I tell her the only document I was prompted to upload was my credit/debit card and there is no other option to upload anything else. I provide screenshots of all of this. I say I can literally upload my ID in this chat right now. I am completely compliant to do so.
She says I'm not allowed to upload ID via chat or email.
So.... I can't upload my ID in the upload ID section. Can't do it by chat, can't by email. So they have made it literally impossible to verify my account and withdraw my money.
She says I am making the conversation go in circles - I would argue they are providing circular answers.
Absolute scam artists. Will report this awful site who stole my money.
UPDATE: See below for their absolutely useless response which clearly didn't address any of my issues and offered solutions I already tried. I provided THREE pieces of documentation - all verified. And I am STILL not allowed to withdraw. They are absolute thieves. I have reported them to eCOBRA.

Absolutely scamming company.
Allowed me to deposit without any notice that I couldn't play or withdraw. And then when I deposited they wouldn't allow me to withdraw it at all requesting documents.
I then closed my account.
I expect my money back immediately.
I'll remove this review only when I get my money back!
You should not treat customers this way. We do not have to supply those documents to have our own money back, if I refuse I should be allowed to at least withdraw what I had. You should also stop deposits if you have such an issue or you want to pretend to try to stop fraud. You have no issue to take money but have an issue and suddenly care about it when someone tries to withdraw. Disgusting.
I will not remove my review until I have my money and I will update it as time goes on. It is 11pm UK time 25th March.
Utterly unbelievable.

I joined today and received an Email stating that they had come to a management decision that I would not be able to take advantage of there rewards and bonuses, no explanations, but I can deposit and play.
I contacted them and asked why, and stated if I wasn't good enough to get there bonuses and rewards then my money would not be good enough to put into there bing site.
I then received an email stating my account has been cancelled, but still no explanation.

Bad Experience
Like the other review I did not get my free tickets even though it said I had under my promotion. They did respond to my email though and said I wasn’t eligible at this time but didn’t say why. Other people in the chat didn’t get theirs either. I don’t know of anyone that has. Avoid it as you have to spend your money first to then find out no promotion. Really bad. Will not be going on this site ever again
