THIS IS A SCAM - PLEASE READ
Deposited £10, used free spins, won 0.80p. Went to withdraw, said it had to be £20 minimum. Deposited another £10, then withdrew the money, 12 hours later, withdrawal declined and the 0.80p was removed which was fine . Uploaded my
Bank details to wire the money as the declined email requested and still nothing. I have been fobbed off on emails and the chat. And now they are just ignoring me. This is 100000% a scam. My bank and next the police have now been informed as potential fraud and now theft. PLEASE AVOID and please report to the necessary authorities if you have suffered the same issue
UPDATE - note that this companies are always the same to all negative reviews. They have not been in touch since . They ignore all emails. I have notified them that NatWest are investigating them for fraud and they have advised to inform the police for potential theft. Please do not under circumstances get involved with these scammers.
