I understand you have a duty of care toward customers but I was being questioned about my play which is good but I was getting paused and asked the same thing a couple of days later. I contacted you to say my grandson had put his card details on my account unbeknown to me but when I found out I contacted you and you barred me and closed down my account as if it was something I done on purpose. I explained to the agent she went to look at my file and never came back I was just thrown out with no explanation until I got the email. Site itself is good but customer service is very poor.
