Great personal service
Great personal service during self-isolating. Wanted a guitar for my granddaughter and was given good advice and offered a selection. The one I chose they did not have in stock but got it for me within 2 days and delivered to my door having been checked and tuned. Offered ongoing support for my granddaughter. Buying locally certainly does give me confidence when making a purchase.

Straight forward great service
I've been playing for decades but had some concerns about a certain product. Rob had a terrifically helpful, straight up attitude, the price was excellent, and was delivered for free the next day. Really enjoyed my dealings with him and will come back again. Great experience. :-)

A great local, and online, music shop
Placed an order online during 'Lock Down' for some new strings and some replacement bridge pins. Delivery was very quick, couldn't fault them.
Always helpful and friendly, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

From day one of my experiences with Zebra they have been the most helpful, reliable, honest, pleasant staff that I have ever come across in this trade, to which point I can call friends
