Best prices I could find! Easy to work with, lots of fun options, friendly customer service, and great products. As soon as I saw the sample charms I ordered, I placed an order for more. I'm planning on ordering more soon!
The only issue I could find would be how long it takes to be made and shipped. But these are a made to order product, and are shipped from Germany, so they're bound to take a while!

I was looking for something a bit more customized and Zap! provided me with what I needed. Despite it being an option they didn't have available, they were very flexible about it and it turned out how I had expected.

These guys are amazing, they have excellent customer service and great quality products. When I need new product for my store they're always who I go to.

What I really like about ZapCreatives is that they offer sample products! I ordered a sample wooden pin because I was unsure if I would like the look over an acrylic version of my design. The quality of the wooden pin is great! I was initially worried about only having one backing post, but it has held up on my purse surprisingly well!

Customer service was helpful as well. I initially ordered using their free world-wide shipping option, but needed to see my sample as soon as possible. They helped me upgrade my shipping to Courier, and it arrived to the US in two days!

I will for sure be using Zap Creatives for my specialty products again!

Always professional! They offer excellent tutorials on how to set up your files (with examples! woot!) and take quality control very seriously. I love how they're constantly expanding their products. I'm also SUPER HAPPY shipping is now free! So far, the frosted printed charms are my favorite! They always turn out so amazing!

I've used Zap!Creatives now for almost 3-4 years and find them the best source for acrylic charms! Their customer service is always accomodating and willing to help with an order or explain the setup process. I use Zap for making charms and stickers to sell online/at conventions, living close to the UK means their pricing and free delivery, and ability to order small quantities are great value for money!

Honestly, I will never go anywhere else for my acrylic charms! I've ordered at least 500-600 charms from them, and I've never had a complaint. Their customer service is unmatched, and they will go above and beyond to make sure your charms come out great!

I ordered an acrylic standee and am extremely happy with the product itself and the service I received! There were updates all along the way to inform me of my order's progress through the different departments, and when a problem with the print files was detected, the art team contacted me directly and were able to fix it themselves with minimal fuss. Also quite happy with their eco-friendly packaging; the acrylics arrived in perfect condition without any plastics being used in packaging them, I've yet to see this anywhere else!

Incredible merch quality (with added extras!). The frosted effect is absolutely lovely and the colors have come out perfect.

I really liked the overall packaging as well - I'm all for eco-friendly alternatives, and after I took a peek at the inside of the mailer it came in, I was pleasantly surprised to see it being made of recycled materials to provide padding for your merchandise. Not only that, but they used paper tape as well as carefully wrapped paper bags for protection. Absolutely amazing.

All in all, I've used Zap! Creatives multiple times in the past, and they never let me down in quality nor customer service.
