Cela fait plusieurs années maintenant que je passe par zap! Pour faire fabriquer des composants pour mes bijoux de créatrice et je ne suis jamais déçue. La qualité est au rendez-vous, l’équipe est réactive par mail et si il y a le moindre soucis il est vite réglé. Le seul soucis c’est les frais de douane qui viennent alourdir les frais, mais ça vaut toujours le coup !

I love my product so much its amazing and im very happy with it and I even got multiple! Not sure if it was supposed to arrive like that or if it was a mistake but happy either way.
Only problem is the grey turned out a lot darker than intended so its hard to actually see the lineart but its fine. First time ordering so I didnt know what I was doing and they very kindly helped me through the process definetly will order from them again!

J'ai profité d'une promo pour me lancer et je regrette pas, la qualité est au rdv et j'ai eu 10pins de plus que prévu. Seuls aspects négatifs que j'ai pu trouver : J'ai demandé 2quantités différentes sur mes 2 designs lors de la commande et j'ai eu les mêmes quantités, sur les 60 pins, 5 ont eu des défauts légèrement visibles (mais j'en ai eu 10 de plus donc c'est ok) et pour finir je ne m'attendais pas à payer une taxe à la réception du colis. Après m'être renseignée je comprends et c'est ok mais ce serait sympa de prévenir en amont.

I have used this company for a couple years now and their customer service and production is always top notch. My most recent order was a reorder of their wooden pins and they came out just as before, which is great for consistency within my business.

Ordered a wooden charm sample on Thursday 25th May, then a few days later got it approved and it was tracked delivered a few weeks later without any fuss.

As for the wooden charm itself, I am extremely happy with how it came out in physical form. It's exactly on what I saw on the mockup and quality is excellent, considering the price I bought for one item.

Used them for stickers multiple times and they have always been great. They are very helpful with artwork set up and very helpful if you have any issues. They are my go to manu for stickers. Highly recommended!
