I’ve used Zap Creatives for multiple years now and always had a positive experience. The templates offered allow for easy and detailed customization, and the art team has always been quick, thorough, and clear about catching any mistakes I’ve made with the templates to ensure I get the result intended. Customer service has always been helpful with any questions. The charms are sturdy and well-made— only two I’ve ordered have ever had the art chip off a bit after being carried around on a loaded keychain for a while. The print quality and saturation of color is very good as well. Shipping to America takes a while— often a few days longer than the emails project— but the worldwide shipping is free, and manufacturing has never taken much longer than a week or so. Biggest pluses are the option of sample charms and eco-friendliness.

The stickers I ordered looked perfect, the colours were exactly matched to my document. As always, they were packaged very safely and I appreciate the paper bag they arrive in. It's good to order in advance of when you think you'll need the stickers to make sure you get them in time, but the emails that keep you up to date with the progress of your order are super helpful. ZapCreatives really great about having offers so I keep my eye on their twitter feed to see what's happening.

I used ZapCreatives for two batches of keychains so far and I certainly plan on using them more in the future. The products look wonderful, the process of preparing art for print is simple to understand, and they even reached out to me when reviewing the art I prepared and noticing that part of it might not turn out the way I planned, which is very appreciated. I've been using Zap for years and they've always been wonderful. If they don't get it perfect the first time (which they do, 98% of time time!!!), they will try and fix your issue for you! I can't say enough good about them.
