Zap Creatives is an amazing company to go to for acrylic charms! I have done 4 orders through Zap Creatives for acrylic charms and have never been disappointed. The charms are of high quality and makes me and my customers happy. I also really like the fact that they have been moving towards being environmentally friendly with everything they make and package. A great company to work with.

I’ve ordered several products from Zap! and I have loved every item! I even got sent extras with each order!

I have been fortunate to work with Vograce (Chinese), Player One (Mexico) and Zap! (england).

As Mexican, Player One it´s my first choice when it is an urgent order, but the the quality of the keychains of Zap! and Vograce is 100 times higher. The Zap keychains! are expensive and the production time is slower compared to the Chinese, and not include the ring/accessory, which is a disadvantage. But for the type of different and unique materials they handle, in addition to the quality of the impression, they are worth it the price.

The customer service with Zap! is 10/10 👌✨. It is super easy to communicate with them. When something happens, they always let me know and seek to solve the problem without being asked. That's why I always come back with them and ask for more keychains! .

My favorite keychains are the ones that glow in the Dark, I have already Order these keychains with them like 4 timesand I'm going for the fifth. I love how they shine when I turn off the light. It is a very new product, I like the quality of the print and the sizes they handle are very comfortable. As the acrylic is not very thick it is very easy to put the accessory to the key chains

I highly recommend Zap for non-urgent orders where you want unique things, like for wooden keychains or with different acrylic materials

I was very excited to receive my package from zap and I even got extra acrylic pins of my small batch of 25—that being said, the extras I received had imperfections I couldn’t bear to sell. The majority of the batch turned out great, but for the cost to print I’m uncertain if I’ll be ordering from them again.

Excellent service and very happy with my stickers. Will definitely use Zap again!

I've been using Zap once every couple of months for the past year, and my order has been spot on every time. Would recommend.

I have been ordering custom sticker sets almost-monthly thru Zap! for over a year. In the last 6mo, their shipping has become more & more unpredictable, & I have had to commission sticker art far in advance to allow for the very long time they take to ship. Usually we'll order from ZAP! a month OR MORE in advance, & the stickers will arrive just in the nick of time...or a few days after the event. Each time we move our order date back, the package takes longer. Each time we contact customer support, we get told they aren't responsible.

So THIS TIME we ordered WAY in advance. Lo & behold, the package arrives on time - & completely empty. Just an empty package from Zap! with no time for them to rectify their own mistake. So I had to pay back each of my advance-pay guests in cash YET AGAIN, costing me money out of pocket (& the embarrassment!) from ZAP'S MISTAKE - & they offer nothing but to send me the stickers NOW. They will arrive over a month AFTER the exclusive event they were ordered for. No apology or offer of a comp or refund or discount on further investment with them. They basically told us it wasn't their problem or policy to care.

I can bear the quirks & frustrations of international shipping, but sending an EMPTY PACKAGE is an inexcusable negligence that literally COST ME, & to be treated to such little care & concern is appalling customer service.

Don't waste your money.

I ordered 100 button badges, and they were dispatched on the 13th of March. Although they state that standard free international shipping arrives in about 10-14 days, my buttons still have not arrived. Not to mention the rather unhelpful, late email replies I get regarding the matter. I needed the buttons before the 9th of April, but I honestly doubt they will arrive by then. Not only that, but the status of my order on the website and the status of my order from their emails were inconsistent. The website would say my buttons were still in the production phase, whilst an email would say they were in the quality checking phase. Furthermore, they seem to ignore my questions, and only answer my emails in a way that is convenient to them.

The thing that annoys me most is that the free standard international shipping does not come with a tracking number, so I have no idea where my button badges are right now. I believe the ZAP! website should mention the fact that the free international shipping does not come with a tracking number, as I did not know this beforehand. If i had known, I would have opted for the regular payed shipping, in exchange for the tracking number.

I would honestly be surprised if I got my button badges before the 9th, and even if I do I certainly won't be purchasing or recommending ZAP to other artists.

I made my first order of charms through Zap Creatives and the batches came out amazing!! The only complaints I have was my lack of knoweldge in the world of charm making which affected my charms, albeit not negatively, so I’ll definitely be ordering from here again!!

I absolutely love this company. Their sticker quality is the best that I have seen so far online and I use them for all of my convention needs.

I recently purchased some clear acrylic charms from this company after a recommendation from a fellow artist and I must say that I am beyond impressed with the quality of the charms that I received and the friendliness of their service.

I struggled to understand their Photoshop tutorials but they happily talked me through the process until my artwork met their set up requirements.

Turnaround was fast and I even got free shipping. I will definitely be using this company again.

Pricing is nice, but customer service was uncomfortable and shipping time is HORRENDOUS for one charm orders. I was tossed back and forth between different employees for very simple questions, and have been waiting nearly 12 WEEKS for an order to arrive. Note that these 12 weeks are just by shipping alone for a SINGLE charm, and I had already finished the design part.
When I emailed ZapCreatives about this, I received a quick useless apology, and offers on resending of the same order on the same shipping speed(no refund for my wasted time? I had ordered EARLY so I could get it on time to give to my friend visiting).
I paid considerably extra for my order being a single-charm, so I did not deserve to be treated less important just because I didn't order bulk. And I work in customer service myself, so I tend to be as understanding/patient as I can, but this is honestly the most frustrating experience I have ever had. If it's going to take you MONTHS to send me my ONE acrylic charm, don't say your shipping takes "1-2 weeks" and then later tell me "oh by the way, there can be delays of 3-6 weeks :("
Definitely going to do charm business elsewhere, and letting my friends know about my crappy experience. Thanks for reading my rant/experience.
(I also have a friend that paid extra for quicker shipping, and received the package the same speed as regular shipping. GEEZ.)

My business partner and I recently made the monumental mistake of trusting Zap! with an order of enamel pins for a charity project we are coordinating. Our original order of 200 hard enamel pins was consulted on at the end of February, with us agreeing to our quote and making the necessary color adjustments in early March.

During the consultation Zap! was fabulously helpful and almost immediate with responses to all our inquiries. We agreed to our quote, were invoiced on March 12th, and our art was approved for production on March 13th.

On April 22nd we contacted Zap! to request a progress update, (aware that the production time for enamel pins is 4 - 6 weeks) as well as to submit an inquiry about adding a small additional batch of 50 pins to our original order. Zap! responded on April 24th, saying they had contacted their supplier about adding the additional amount. They did not comment on the status of our original order.

Despite the confirmation that they would inquire about the additional pins, Zap! did not update us on the request, prompting us to contact them again on May 1st. We did not hear back from Zap! until May 9th, when they sent us an email apologizing for the delay and explaining that they had had technical issues, causing some emails to "get stuck." They informed us that our request for extras had been approved and that to compensate for the delay they would discount us by £12. We thanked them and requested an update on the original order, to which they did not respond despite 8 weeks having elapsed at this time.

On May 15th Zap! finally got back to us, stating that the entire order plus the bonus 50 pins had arrived and were being reviewed for defects before shipment. We were invoiced for the additional 50 pins and we received a confirmation of shipment on May 17th. Our pins arrived on May 18th via FedEx courier, and we were pleased to see from a quick examination that they came out stunning! The production delay set our timeline back a little but given the discount, the complementary courier service, and the fact that we know Zap! is in the middle of moving offices and sometimes things just happen, we were perfectly willing to let our difficulties go.

However, having finished packing up all our materials to send out to customers, we realized that Zap! shorted us for just under half of our total order. Shame on us for not thinking to count when they arrived, but we assumed that something as drastic as half of an order of £276.66 worth of pins would have been caught at some point during the “quality check” process. We double checked the original order weight (which was 2.2 lbs, matching the weight of the 128 pins and meaning that Zap! should have been aware that they were undershipping,) as well as the shipment information (including the tracking number and matching 2.2 lb disclosed package weight) to assure that we didn't somehow misplace anything.

We contacted Zap! and (miraculously) received an immediate response! According to their reply, it appears that they never received the full quantity of pins from their supplier to begin with. This would be a somewhat understandable error, had it not been for the fact that Zap! confirmed to us in writing that they had received the full original quantity, the additional 50 pins, and that the entire order had been individually quality checked before shipping to us. There is absolutely no possible way that this was truthful, given that they would have immediately realized half of the order was missing.

When questioned about this, their response was “you’re right.”

This interaction was additionally dissatisfactory, in that they assured us they would correct the mistake but gave no timetable, no mention of the quantity of pins they would be producing, and no mention of any amount being refunded on an order that was now 6 weeks overdue. Multiple additional emails were required to receive an answer about when the pins would arrive, and although we were assured the order would be rushed, we were still not given a timetable.

The remainder of our pins finally arrived yesterday, June 18th, making our order complete 11 weeks after it was placed. The pins are fortunately all of the same quality as the first batch, so we will finally be able to fulfill our orders.

An additional concern, which we only became aware of after placing our order, is that Zap! sources their enamel pins from China. This would be fine, were it not for the large “Handmade in the UK” banner stamped all over their website and promotional materials. We were unaware that there was even a supplier to communicate with until we requested our additional order.

The only positive was the communications staff, especially Karen, who was polite and apologetic while rectifying the situation for us, but there is really no excuse for this level of deceptiveness and evasion when handling multiple mistakes impacting a customer on a single order.

Suffice to say, we will never again be using Zap! for any of our products and we will be cautioning anyone we know in the creative field against using their services either.

This was the worst service I’ve ever had with acrylic services. First off my charm looked awful, the image was grainy and had scratched off parts. Second it was suppose to be a double sided charm and it was a single sided. Third they didn’t even put a white outline that I sent with the design. And lastly they didn’t send the mail on time (which they say can happen on the website so it’s this part isn’t entirely their fault but it’s just bad business). I will never use this service again

I had order my products a month ago. Still waiting for them (even if their politic is 7-10 days).
A lot of problems too: slow e-mail answering, approved files that I have to been amends 15 days later...
They e-mail back with a lot of problems, but you have pull them out the solution (and this delay even more the processes).

I read a lot of happy costumes reviews but... sadly is a never again for me.

J'ai toujours reçu des produits d'excellente qualité, de même que les offres de réductions régulières sont assez intéressantes. Un peu cher mais la qualité est là.
Il y a eu visiblement un revirement drastique dans l'organisation interne, les nouveaux employés sont vraiment agréables, efficaces et consilients.

Les quelques soucis que j'ai pu avoir relevent plutôt de la livraison mais ça c'est un problème du côté de la poste Française.
