I had a dripping bathroom tap
I had a dripping bathroom tap. The plumber sent by YourRepair immediately give me a choice of taps from a Screwfix catalog without even taking the tap apart to inspect the washer. The taps were not very old and had never had a washer replaced. I rang YourRepair witnessed by the plumber and the YourRepair customer service said my cover included replacing non ceramic tap washers, as mine is, but if damage was made in inspecting the washer, new taps would have to be purchased by the customer... A circular argument , so no repair was made. My previous years with British Gas HomeCare have replaced various taps without extra cost as part of the policy and also tap washers.

Date for my boiler service
Was given a date for my boiler service abd requested it be moved to coincide with previous services carried out. This was rearranged without fuss and the local heating company agreed a time with me. Work was carried by professional and courteous engineer in good time.
