Efficient engineer.
My boiler had broken down and Ryan was sent from Your Repair. I was very impressed with him. I am 80 and he explained everything carefully to me. He worked conscientiously and made sure everything was in full working order when he left. Thank you Ryan!

Very pleased with the service of Your Repair they have always been very efficient and keep you informed every step of the way. They are very competitively priced and their boiler insurance includes an annual boiler service too. The company Gas Kings from Plymouth arrived on time and did a good job and very pleasant.

YOUR REPAIR poor service no customer care
I signed up with this company for my rental properties. I am disappointed at the service they have provided
1. They have no team leaders managers to take customer complaints.
2. They allocate jobs to engineers out of area that we have experience lack technical knowledge when they come out to undertake urgent repairs costing our time and additional expenses that could have been avoided
3. Last year I noticed the gas safety certificates that were issued for my properties were incorrectly completed by the engineer that were not valid if I presented them in court if I was to go through an eviction
4. They have no process in place to follow up jobs allocated to gas engineers furthermore inspections are being missed leaving a landlord potentially non-compliant and open to liability not to mention the vulnerable tenants if there was gas explosion at the property.
