Spoke to a very helpful lady who explained everything very thoroughly to me and answered all my questions. The building society also feels very personal and efficient. I would recommend.

The woman in the Aylesbury branch was so helpful. I wanted to close an old account and put some of the money into a higher rate savings account. She took care of all of it for me, closed the old account and talked me through opening the new savings one. All sorted in one visit. Thank you.

Great customer service from Yorkshire Building Society staff. I opened an easy access cash ISA. It was easy to open. I booked an appointment first as that is the best way forward. I then had plenty of time to go over my application for a cash ISA account. I am happy with the staff and would recommend this building society for their excellent customer service.

Setting up an account online was easy to do and the product was better than my previous account with another bank

Not impressed by the level of security undertaken for existing customers each time they open an account. To make things worse, then have to wait 2 weeks before the account can be used.

I rang the Customer Services Team and spoke to Jake, what an amazing lad he is. So polite, professional and competent, he stayed on the call while I could access my online accounts again. It was so nice to speak to someone in Bradford as well. We had a brief chat afterwards and put the world to rites! Jake is such an exceptional talent to the Customer Services Team, I hope he goes far in the organisation. It was so nice to speak to a lovely young man.
