Bought Yamaha piano keyboard, was ready to wait for longer dispatch, but to my surprise it arrived within 2 days. Thank you for quick processing! The sound and quality is great and I'm very happy with it. The only disappointment was delivery, the email notified of the day of delivery, but no timeframe and no notification when on they way. I wasn't home and when got home, the keyboard was left at the doorstep, even tho there were few places to leave it with mo security and away from strangers eyes.

I liked the bundled options to buy online, however the tracking system of the order is not very smooth. The confirmation emails didn't specify estimated delivery dates or times. Also, I was expecting a bit more quality in the branded gig bag that came with the guitar. Other than this very pleased with my new guitar.

Brilliant service

Ordered a B-Stock Pod Go and because it was from the Yamaha store, I felt I could trust the condition and quality despite it being quite a lot less than the 'new' price. I was not disappointed. The item appeared in brand new condition and has worked perfectly so far over the month I have been using it. The Pod Go itself is a good asset for a gigging guitarist. I found it fairly easy to select the amp models 'stomp box' models I want. It is also the wireless version which cuts out the extra clutter of a guitar lead. YouTube videos are very handy for learning some of the ins and outs of usage - e.g. setting 'Snapshots' for different sounds and changing the signal channels to connect the wireless link. The Pod Go is light and small to carry and seems solidly constructed for use. For some, it will never replace a bunch of individually chosen pedals but for those who want an all-in-one solution that won't break the bank, this is excellent.

Excellent service

order items, was told they were 'shipped', phoned after a week. I was told to email. got an email back saying the items were not shipped and that they were actually out of stock and it would be 4-6 weeks before the order came in. Got another email to say they would issue an immediate refund and still have not received it. This was a gift for my daughter as reward for good grades and such a disappointment to not be able to give her that gift.

I bought a Grade A refurbished Pacifica 112JL guitar. The guitar was very reasonably priced and arrived a few days later. It was very well packaged and was in excellent condition and 'played' well, although I am a beginner. From the serial number it turned out to be a 2023 model, which I did not expect.

I waited all day for the delivery only then to be informed that it would now not arrive for a whole week. Not greatly impressed.
