Good service. Although the ordered item was not in stock the expected delivery was communicated clearly.

More than a week since I paid for a power speaker, item not delivered, also no reply to my email asking for update

Sadly it looks like someone else may have used this guitar before me ??, the plastic from both pickups was missing and even worse one of the adjusting screws on the neck pickup was incorrectly fitted, managed to put this right but still had the feeling that I may not have been the first person to use this guitar, also the Allen keys provided did not actually fit anything on this guitar, and were just loose in a open plastic bag, again suggests that I am not the first, Owner/user of this guitar, accepting all that the guitar is excellent to play and has some great tones.

A wonderful music store in the heart of London. I never knew it existed, until we were seeking to buy a digital piano. A wide range of instruments are on display. It helped to be able to try different products in the range and get excellent advice from Abigail to guide our purchase. Very happy with the YDP-S56. Delivery of the piano was quick. It's worth paying for the assembly. Minor hiccup on the separate delivery of the stool.

I ordered an instrument which they said would take about 1-2 weeks as it was not in stock. When I enquired about it further they told me it could be 6 months so I had to cancel my order. I was refunded but disappointed. I really like Yamaha products

Fast delivery and when I rang in relation to missing an item from my delivery, they explained it was coming to me from a different warehouse in a second package, and would be with me as soon as possible, and it was. I ordered a piano seat which was stated would be delivered within 14 days but did not receive any further communication despite a month from order date. I contacted customer service but also did not receive further information and no refund offer has been made.

Good products, prompt despatch, let down badly by choice of delivery company. YML didn't respond when I contacted them regarding delivery problems.

I’ve bought products from Yamaha London before this latest one and have never been disappointed. Even though this was a ‘B’ Grade Catalyst Amplifier, it was excellent value for money. Should I be needing any other products or accessories, I’ll be checking Yamaha London first. Great Product Quality and great service.

My first visit to the Yamaha Music store was truly wonderful, and surely I will return many times. The layout of the store and range of products is superb and the staff, in particular Abigail, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am very excited about my new piano and look forward to many years of enjoyment with it.
