Having been searching for a new digital grand piano for some time, we contacted Yamaha London and were delighted with the service we received.

Abigail was an excellent digital piano sales specialist. She arranged our visit to the store, where we enjoyed a full demonstration of the various pianos available, helping us make the right choice.

The purchase process was straightforward, as was arranging for our old piano to be removed. Abigail kept us regularly updated on the delivery arrangements and provided outstanding customer service throughout.

Purchased a Yamaha PS500 Smart Digital Piano, a few weeks ago. This instrument is truly amazing, with the streaming lights and other technology, connects to iPad and Yamaha's Smart Pianist App. Ideal beginners Piano. Loads of beautiful Piano sounds on weighted hammer keys. Rhythm, Drums, et. Too many features to list. Very friendly and helpful staff at London Store. Well Done!

Really please with Yamaha Music London response to a simple request.
They withdrew delivery charge in recognition of a delay which was much appreciated.
The unit then arrived very promptly - even though I’m in Northern Ireland.

I ordered an FG840 guitar, a case and strings etc. On the day I received the delivery I was told the guitar was not being delivered because only a display model was available. I was also told a new one could not be supplied until the end of the year. Then when I managed to obtain the guitar from another shop I found that the hard case supplied by Yamaha did not fit the guitar, even though they had told me it would. I am waiting for them to reply and tell me what they are going to do about this.

Purchased a B-Grade Yamaha Clavinova CVP805 which was delivered on September 8th. The on/off button on the lid doesn`t work and the touchscreen isn`t working either. We raised a complaint the same day and so far as of October 8th we have no apologies, and no resolution despite phone calls and emailing the salesman and the customer care team. The piano clearly wasn`t checked before despatch or even cleaned as it had cobwebs on it when delivered. Also not received any manual for the product either paper or electronic. I have never experienced such appalling service from any retailer, let alone on what has the reputation of being a premium product.
