Driver was very helpful phoned me as I was working 2 minutes away. Generally a nice person had a chat.
Doors are fitted now look very nice & solid well made.

If my carpenter is impressed by the quality then who am I to argue - being a retired engineer myself I can also see the quality and pre-finish in these doors - very solid, very heavy and extremely well finished Suffolk doors that were very well protected. Delivery was split for me as one door is on back order, but this suits me as I have a decorator following installation of the doors. Very helpful driver who put the doors into the garage for me - if I needed more doors I would certainly be back.

Bought a 926 x 2040mm Disabled width door pre finished in Oak,
Great value for money. Well wrapped in double layer of cardboard. Good thickness of Oak around the perimeter, for fitting, But all being well, you wont be reducing it as its pre finished. Customer already wants another.
So all's well nice company to deal with,

Bought a rebated pair of oak internal French doors with clear glass panel from Wickes which were supplied by XL Joinery. Doors are beautifully made and were sufficiently packaged and handled to prevent damage. Swift communication following the order was received to select a delivery date within the timescales advertised (I could have got them earlier if needed). Text confirmation of the delivery date and courier which thank goodness was not Wickes’ usual cowboys, XPD but Grees Haulage. Doors are very solid with plenty of oak veneer for rebated fixings. So very happy with the product from XL and how they organised delivery.

Heavy French doors arrived on time . Assisted delivery driver in taking them off lorry and carrying onto my property. Driver then said he's not allowed to come into the house with the doors which meant I had to bring them in , not very useful if you're infirm or old . One door damaged, refused to take it back saying I had to contact supplier and get them taken away and new ones delivered. This means another 2 days off work, so bit the bullet and signed for them . Installed and found one slightly bowed ,, not happy .

XL joinery were great. The delivery was quick and I love the doors. Staff were very helpful when needed and the delivery driver was friendly.

Having bought a door from a well known diy chain and finding it warped badly, I returned it and bought a similar door from these guys.. quality was way better and delivery was quick. Life is too short to mess about with low quality doors!

i ordered 5 doors and only 4 were in stock and one on back order - not their fault as was the same on other web sites so i ordered and was sent a message as soon as the one was back in stock and 5th door delivered promptly- i would use them again for sure great to deal with - just what every customer wants

Delivery was cancelled at last minute but arranged for the next day, and they turned up and on time!
Doors are absolutely beautiful. They've just been hung by my carpenter and have no regrets. Would buy again and use XL. Only negative, they took a long time from ordering to actual delivery.
XL staff were very helpful, for which I am very grateful.

I have no idea how your delivery company believe they have delivered doors that you are currently out of stock of until mid June???

All of my internal doors have come from Direct Doors website. They have arrived in good order, have been well made and the primer used has enabled me to only need to apply a single top coat. Happy to recommend.

The delivery driver was top notch. Called re slot, brought doors in and was just really kind and considerate.
