WTRMLN has a noble mission on paper - but the execution is a mess.
Customer service is slow, confusing, and largely unhelpful. Simple, time-sensitive questions took multiple follow-ups to get vague or irrelevant responses. It feels like you’re talking to a script, not a team that actually understands or cares about resolving issues.
Even worse, the website is unreliable. It claimed my order qualified for free shipping, yet still charged me at checkout. When I flagged it, I was told the site “isn’t updated” - and that was it. No accountability, no attempt to honor what was advertised, no solution. Just shrugging off misleading information.
A quick look at other reviews makes it clear this isn’t a one-off issue. Customers consistently report wrong sizes being shipped and orders arriving late - basic e-commerce fundamentals that this brand seems unable to get right.
For a company trying to position itself as thoughtful and premium, the operational gaps are glaring. I ended up buying elsewhere, and based on everything I’ve seen, that was the right call. Definitely feels like I dodged a bullet.

We also understand why seeing a free-shipping message followed by a shipping charge at checkout made you lose confidence. Being told the website was not updated did not give you a proper explanation or a solution.
Shipping conditions should be clear before you decide to buy, and the information shown on the website should match what applies at checkout. We would appreciate the opportunity to examine the specific mismatch you encountered. If you are willing, please email service@wtrmelon.co with the destination country, the approximate date and any screenshot or correspondence you still have. You do not need to have completed an order for us to take this feedback seriously.
We experienced customs-related shipping difficulties during that period and worked with the relevant authorities at the beginning of October to address them. Those difficulties do not explain conflicting information about free shipping or unhelpful replies to your questions. We recognise these as separate concerns.
We understand why you chose to shop elsewhere. Thank you for raising the problems directly; we are sorry the experience fell short before you could even place an order.

Untrustworthy, fraudulent
They sent the wrong size and then completely stonewalled me when I tried to return it - refusing to provide the basic info required to complete their DHL return. After multiple emails, they became evasive and then stopped replying. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Their “supporting a cause” messaging rings empty when they won’t take accountability for a simple fulfilment mistake. If you’re considering ordering, be aware you may be left chasing a basic refund.

$120 for two shirts and he would not pay the DHL shipping. I try to request a refund and they block me. Showing the item has been shipped when they knew it was stuck at DHL. Shady . Shame on you . Great quality of the fabric (haven’t washed it yet to check the quality of the print), great green color and the motives are fun, light weight and have you feel comfortable in taking a political and human stance. Fast delivery on top! Will definitely recommend!

If you’re looking for clothing that combines comfort, quality, and a meaningful message, I’d definitely recommend their T-shirts and jumpers.
The quality of the fabric is excellent. Thick, soft, and really comfortable to wear. You can tell it’s well made and designed to last. The fit is great too, relaxed but flattering.
