Erg verouderd, geld verspilt. Nu met diverse andere plugins het opgelost. Werkt 100x beter.

This review is about the support from looking on to buying and to getting the website running. We have not started to use the website yet, so I will give another review when that happens.

So far, the experience has been amazing. The support team is really ON trying to help me as much as they can. When I was looking in to buying the pre sale support answered all of my questions quick and was polite and nice.

After buying they started working on the site at once. I am making lots of changes, and they are so nice telling me where to change what I can change and helping me out with things I can not.

Looking forward to see how the user experience will be.

I have a very good experience setting up our lgbtq website with WPdating. Aside of the Dutch language I required many design changes to the original team. Very happy with the result and the patience of support.
Definitely recommended A+

No, that is absolutely not correct. The rating is based on experience with the product.
Even if you put it differently: the product is not functional and has many bugs.
Of course you tried to help. The result was still a non-working plugin.
Hence the evaluation.
Incidentally, this would not change with a PayPal refund.
The product is and will remain bad!

Der Support ist zwar bemüht aber zum einen sehr langsam und zum anderen führt jede Fehlerverbesserung zu neuen Fehlern an anderer Stelle.

Am Ende leider ein nicht funktionierendes Plugin!

Ich kann nur dringend vom Kauf abraten!!!

Wenn Ihr das Plugin einmal gekauft habt und über PayPal dann die Rückabwicklung des Kaufes machen wollt wird diese mit dem Hinweis der Auslieferung des Produktes abgelehnt.
Natürlich ist die Auslieferung erfolgt -- aber das Plugin ist leider nicht nutzbar!

A Plugin with an incredible number of bugs which only ever causes problems

The support tries hard but on the one hand it is very slow and on the other hand every error improvement leads to new errors elsewhere.

In the end, unfortunately, a non-working plugin!

I can only strongly advise against buying it!

If you have bought the plugin once and then want to reverse the purchase via PayPal, this will be rejected with the notification of the delivery of the product.
Of course the delivery took place - but unfortunately the plugin cannot be used!

I was planning to start my own online dating business and I found wpdating after a research. I purchased the platinum package to start with my website. I had no problems with the product at all. They were quick to do the work for my website. I was facing some configuration issues with the plugin and the support hours were different which was creating a problem but they helped me by giving an exact solution to my query within 24 hours. They completed the work and were very trustworthy. They helped me set everything up and now my website is running and starting to profit from subscribers on a monthly basis with memberships. I’m planning to buy the app after generating some amount from my site, I will recommend this product to entrepreneurs who want to start from a small business!

this is crap don't buy this waste your money.
this plug in and temes are outdated and there support is very poor I wasted 700 $

Hello Everyone About 8 Days Ago I bought the wpdating plugin and believe me it is worth of money. Developers and Sales personal are especially very kind and professional. Initially I have some trouble using the plugin, I contact the customer care and they responded me quickly , they solved all the problem in just one day, and now I am very happy and satisfied with the product. If you are thinking of starting the dating site don't think and just go for it.

Outils bugée, équipe qui ne tiens pas les promesses, produit trop cher pour ce que c'est.
D'autres plugin moins cher fonctionne beaucoup mieux et ou nous sommes mieux accompagné
Dommage, car un peu plus de professionnalisme pourrait aider à avoir un produit intéressant.
Bref je déconseille FORTEMENT cette société et ce plugin

je n'ai jamais dit que vous n'aviez pas travaillé.

De plus il est de mauvaise fois de dire que je touchais au site et que je vous disais que c'était bugé.
Dès que vous faisiez une modification, une autre partie bugait. A chaque fois vous me demandiez si j'avais touché à quelque chose et la réponse été NON, et les dates système du fichier montrait bien qu'il n'avait pas été modifié.

Si vous voulez aller dans le détail, pas de soucis, vous dites que vous avez fait le job ? 7 mois après aucune installation du module PWA qui a pourtant été payé. Arrêtez d'être de mauvaise fois et de raconter des conneries sur TrustPilot pour faire croire aux gens que vous êtes au top et que votre plug-in est le meilleur... c'est faux !!

J'ai essayé d'arranger les choses en privé avec vous pour éviter d'étaler sur la place publique la médiocrité de votre travail.

De plus, vous disparaissez pendant 3 semaines sans aucune information à votre client, tous les appels et contacts faits reste sans réponse et puis, magique vous réapparaissez ! et cela plusieurs fois au cours des 7 mois de "travail".
Chaque tâche demandée, même minime prenait 15 jours ou 3 semaines. Des demandes sur le code CSS n'ont jamais été traitées, j'ai dû prendre un développeur extérieur pour essayer d'avancer. J'ai clôturé des tâches demandées, car après 1 mois elle n'était toujours pas faite !

Donc NON, vous n'êtes ni professionnel ni compétent et encore moins commercial.

J'ai toujours été conscient que tout travail doit être payé, mais tout travail bien fait et livré !! Ce qui n'est pas le cas pour votre entreprise.
Je n'ai jamais demandé le remboursement total, mais simplement d'une partie pour ce qui n'a pas été fourni : le PWA à 399 $

Je ne parle même pas des fakes profil que vous "fournissez", ou on a une photo d'homme et que c'est un prénom de femme (et vice versa), du grand n'importe quoi... mon fils de 10 ferait mieux que vous à ce niveau !

Donc NON arrêtez de raconter des bêtises et soyez honnête.
Et me demander en privé de retirer une mauvaise notation sans alors que vous refuser de nous rembourser ce qui n'a pas été livré ne soit pas non plus honnête.

Alors OUI, je confirme votre produit est bugé dès qu'on veut changer quelque chose, OUI vous n'êtes pas fiable, OUI vous n'êtes pas professionnel, et OUI je conseille de ne pas utiliser votre plug-in !

NE TRAVAILLEZ JAMAIS AVEC CETTE SOCIÉTÉ, si vous voulez un bon plugin, contactez-moi en privé et je vous communiquerai les coordonnées d'un autre prestataire qui est BEAUCOUP moins cher, plus réactif et beaucoup plus professionnel !

Excellent support!! Paid for a full set up and was 100% happy with the end result. Lots to sort out now on the site but from the support side... 100%!! Definitely recommended.

I don’t know where to begin. The staff that I had to build my website was extremely amazing. They updated me each day as to their progress, completed everything I requested for my website, and made sure I was happy with the progress. When my website was transferred to the host site, somehow it got deleted. All the work was down the drain. I contacted the staff to inform them something was wrong and sadly, they had to rebuild my website over. This was completed within 48 hours! This is just so amazing. When the website was finished, goodness was it a beauty! I absolutely love the finished product.

I have tears in my eyes every time I think of the wonderful job the staff has done and the kindness shown towards me. Raul, my friend, you are the best!! I recommend Wordpress to everyone in this world. When you have Wordpress, trust me, you will be taken care of!

The support is awesome. I get assistance everytime there's an issue. Support team responds immediately and always willing to help.

This is a great piece of software. We did not end up using it, as it does much more than we needed, but the customer support was excellent, the flexibility is really good, and it seems very stable. Highly recommend for any WP site.

Je suis français et je peux vous dire que cette société n'est ni professionnelle et ni sérieuse ! Plus de 1500€ à la poubelle. Plus de 6 mois pour nous développer une solution sur mesure soit disant, la solution n'a jamais vu le jour, je me suis retrouvé dans une situation très compliqué avec notre client. Les développeurs sont incompétents, un bug corrigé reviens en bug quelques jours après. Même en prenant un autre freelancer pour venir corriger les bugs, le constat est que leur plugin est une jungle of bugs ! L'application PWA que nous avons commandé n'a jamais vu le jour ! Nick, responsable client a disparu pendant plus de 3 semaines, et réapparu par magie pour répondre qu'ils sont en cours de dévs. Enfin bref, FUYEZ, COUREZ, ce n'est vraiment pas une société sérieuse et pro. Je vous déconseille de vous lancer dans un projet professionnel avec ce plugin et cette société. Ils sont également de mauvaise foi car il n'ont pas voulu remboursé même la moitié de la somme alors qu'il n'y absolument rien de fonctionnel dans ce qu'il nous ont fournis. Ils sont basé au Népal, vous n'aurez aucune chance de les rencontrer ou récupérer votre argent. Franchement, je n'ai jamais mis un avis négatif comme celui-là mais là je suis extrêmement choqué par le non professionnalisme et la mauvaise foi de ces personnes !

wp dating team is better than my host if you ask me they help with every question if they can help or not they will guide you in the right direction with quick email responds. Wish they did hosting, best team ever!!!
I don't know anything about building a website, but im a quick learner, Im a diesel tech and train conductor and if i have a question im contacting wp dating team.

these guys are responsive and helpfull.
