Compré online una camiseta que desafortunadamente después del primer lavado se dañó.
Contacté con el servicio de atención al cliente y me mandaron en 2 días una camiseta nueva en perfecto estado.

Great service and great t-shirts! I ordered a t-shirt from Wituka, that got stuck in a packing station due to a mistake from Hermes. Wituka sent me a new shirt free of charge. It fits perfectly and looks great! I am very happy with the customer service and the t-shirt itself.

I am extremely happy with the quality of the T-shirt and especially with the fun designs! Our whole family wears them. I will definitely be ordering again!

Love this company and their products. I made an incorrect purchase from the UK and had to send the item back to Seville, the postal service demanded fees and the package went missing. PEDIDO HECHO EL 11 DE SEPT Y ESTAMOS A 18 Y TODAVIA NO ME HAN LLAMADO, EN ENVIALIA NO SABEN NADA, NO TENGO MANERA DE LLAMAR A NADIE NI RECLAMAR Y HE HECHO UN PEDIDO DE 50€ .
Después de llamar a varias tiendas de Cities y tener que personarme para comprar el pedido denuevo , me contactaron para decirme que la saca se había perdido y que me ofrecían hacer el pedido denuevo , como el pedido era para un evento especial no lo acepté,y solicité la devolución la cual me ha llegado.
He de decir que tenéis que mejorar vuestra web para que el correo sea más visible y un número de teléfono de contacto.
En este caso gracias a unacompañera que trabajo con vosotros y conocía el entramado de tiendas (diferente de la empresa online) pude saber dónde dirigirme. POR FAVOR MEJORAR VUESTRA WEB Y DATOS CONTACTO ASÍ COMO EL ENLACE SEGUIMIENTO DEL TRANSPORTITA QUE NO LLEGA A NINGÚN SITIO

Ma marque préférée pour T Shirt et Sweat ! Non seulement les produits sont qualitatifs, l'envoie est tout à fait normal (3 -4j). Les motifs sont cools mais ca c'est propre à chacun.
PAR CONTRE, le service client mamamamamama il est dingo. Moindre soucis avec votre produit, ils sont compréhensifs. Ils renvoient des nouveaux quand les produits sont défectueux. Ils sont rapides et efficaces pour traiter les demandes. Franchement c'est du très bon boulot.

I ordered the products in July and never recieved any of it - 2 months later. As noone from the company even informed me or offered me about this and the tracking ID provided was not unique I would not recommend ordering here

Hasta hace poco fue mi marca de Tshirts favorita. Me he pedido varios con los mismos motivos, y ahora resulta que los cortes son más grandes. ahora se ve mucho más largo, y por tanto no como los que ya tenía. Total decepción.

I bought a couple of great shirts from a store in Rome. Love supporting smaller brands and ones with great designs on as well. Unfortunately I found a hole in one when I got back from my holiday and was gutted ! I got in touch with Wituka who got me a replacement shirt free of charge to replace the faulty one. Amazing ! Super happy and will support the brand in the future. Thanks Wituka !

OPLICHTERIJ !!!
Ik bestel op 2 juli voor >50 euro en ik krijg niets aan. Gisteren klaag ik dat het te lang duurt en dat hun DHL tracking code foutief was, maar ze sturen me een email dat het pakje nog onderweg is. Vandaag krijg ik een email dat het pakje bezorgd is en ik ben meer dan een maand tevergeefs aan het wachten!! Ik heb ALLE BEWIJZEN op ermail en reeds een klacht ingediend bij Mastercard om de gelden terug te laten komen!! SCHANDALIGE PRAKTIJK

Ik bestelde twee leuke T-shirts. Toen ze na twee weken niet aankwamen mailde ik hen en stuurde ik hen whatsapps. Na twee weken kreeg ik antwoord dat mijn zending verloren ging. Ze vroegen of ik wilde wachten of dat ze een nieuwe zending moesten versturen. Nadat ik vroeg voor een nieuwe zending kreeg ik opnieuw geen antwoord… Dat iets verloren gaat kan natuurlijk gebeuren, maar de communicatie loopt hier echt helemaal mis. Jammer! Hopelijk kan ik binnenkort als nog mijn pakketje ontvangen.

Bestelling gedaan op 27/6. Bestelling verloren gegaan. Zogezegd opnieuw verstuurd. Daarna een mail dat er een item uit stock is. Opnieuw verstuurd. Ondertussen zijn we vier weken verder. Het order is nu verstuurd. Hopelijk ontvang ik het nog. Maar het duurt veel te lang. Ook geen compensatie. Ik bestel hier jammergenoeg niet meer.

J' ai toujours été content de la qualité de mes tee-shirts confortables,qualitatifs, et originaux sur ma dernière commande j' ai eu juste un problème , celui ci n' a pas été réglé, après de multiples contacts ,et de promesses j ai la sensation d avoir été baladé de droite à gauche,ce n' est pas sérieux et je suis mécontent

I ordered and payed at 17th of May. 2 months now I haven't received anything!!!! Of course after 2 months now I called my bank and want my money back. I regret not to call before.

Wituka has only emails and no phones to communicate.
They said that had issues with the delivery!!! I gave a delivery address IN a hotel with 24 hours reception, in a supburb of a city and of course have phone number etc !!!!!!!!!!

2 MONTHS from Spain to Greece!!!!!!!

If I could give minus rate of course I could give. Hope to get my money back imidiatel.

Necesito un cambio de talla, he procedido como me indicaron y ahora no obtengo respuesta. No contestan por correo ni whatsapp cuando han pasado ya más de 10 días. No lo recomiendo para nada en absoluto.

The designs are nice, but the fit is terrible. I ordered three t-shirts that were supposed to have the same cut, but all of them were different – especially around the neck and overall fit. The return process has been an absolute nightmare. It's been over a month and I still haven’t received my money back. I even had to send photos to prove that the t-shirts were not identical. Definitely not ordering again.
