When I ordered these headphones, they were the highest rated ones on the web. I’m really confused about all these negative reviews. I read the disclaimer about the 10 day delivery and chose not to pay for it. I chose standard shipping and I received my product exactly when they said I would. They sound awesome and I am happy with my purchase. I’m sorry for all the customers that feel this way about this company.

A total scam. I live in Asia, bought the product in late March and had a 3 week shipping time. Emailed back and forth, and they kept giving excuses about the delivery until I finally asked for a refund and they stopped replying. Got my bank involved to dispute the transaction. An absolute scam.

The Company is a scam. Promised delivery in 10 days. After two weeks with no updates I emailed to get a status. This email went unanswered. I emailed twice more to cancel, and received a response that they would expedite shipment. I disputed the charge with my financial provider and have received credit. It has been over a month now since my order was placed and I just received a shipping confirmation today. I don't even want their product at this point but I know they are shipping the item just so they can deny my card dispute. I will be refusing delivery.

Ordered a pair of exobone headphones from this company (we ho are based in the U S) it's been 3 weeks since placing my order and still no sign, after exchanging emails and promises made by winnergear still no delivery, they'll take payment quick enough and make all excuses as to why no shipping or delivery date has not taken place , never again will I use this company for anything have resorted to claimng refund as after 3 weeks still not.shipped .avoid at all cost DO NOT USE.

Ordered and paid for the product in mid-April. After 4 weeks of waiting, still no news of delivery. Emailed their customer service, but only to be told multiple times it was being processed. After waiting for a week more, still no email updates of delivery.
After several more emails of promises, I had to threaten them with me contacting my credit card company to reclaim my money.
Note: When credit card company gets involved, their website gets a bad credit rating.
Finally, they agreed to refund my money on the 7th week.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
THE PRODUCT IS PROBABLY A SCAM ANYWAY.

This is a Scam and obviously Thomas works for them. He is lying, like the others my item was not shipped. I tried contacting them to no avail.

THEY'RE THIEVES, and in these trying time to steal is an ultimate sin. What does around comes around.

I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

SCAM. Do not buy anything off this website. It will not come and you will have to go through the long process of trying to get your money back from your bank.

I ordered Exobone earphones from Winnergear on 2/3/20 with a 10 day arrival time. Never recieved the product and had to fight for weeks and get both PayPal and my bank involved before getting my refund. I recommend you get your bank involved if you used a card. While the cost may be insignificant, they are getting rich and depend on people not fighting. Fight for your rights and the principal of the matter. They also have the absolute worse customer service I've ever dealt with.

Don’t buy anything from Winnergear, you will lose your money. I’ve learned the hard way not only to review the product, but the merchant as well!

I ordered the montar car holder for my smartphone on 24 October 2019 and I paid the full price ($30) and they said on site that they ship in 30 days but so far I didn't get any email about the shipment and I sent 3 emails and 2 enquiries through the site online chat and got zero replies.
I believe they just stole the money and they have no intention on delivering the product.
I have an order number and a confirmation email and that's all I got for my money.
