purchased 4 exobone headsets from the winnergear website on 15 Dec 2020 with a 10 day delivery as a present for my son. I am writing this on 25 Jan 2021 and the order still has not arrived. multiple attempts to contact the company has resulted in just a vague response of we busy and will have it shipped to you soon. looking closer at reviews showed that these $100 headphones are actually being sold on alibaba for $28 for a set of 2. Search for "P30 Bone Conduction Earphone"

Ordered 4 headsets because of the discount offered. Only received three. These headsets are absolutely horrible. No bass and terrible sound. Absolute false advertising.

We sent them back immediately and they won't refund. The ignore you for weeks at a time and all they will say is they need to check and make sure they received them. They were sent back with the information they asked for. It has been almost 3 months! Buyer beware! I'm an authority work over 21,000 drivers that would use a product like this and they are all aware of how I'm being scammed by winnergear.

Currently they are rarely responding to emails and blocked me on im. Very unprofessional communications and am absolute scam.

I ordered the Winnergear Exobone headphones by mistake, when I tried to cancel the order they told me it was too late. I paid a premium for 10 day delivery and it took over a month for the Exobone headphones to arrive. I ended up keeping the headphones because their customer service is so bad and I'm not in the USA. The multifunction button never worked. Today the headphones fell off while getting changed. They no longer work at all and there is no manual or ability to reset. They are now complete garbage.

Exobine conduction headphones. Just received two sets. The multifunction button doesn’t work on either. Very dodgy product. I should have stuck with aftershokz, at least I got 9 months of use out of those.

I ordered the Exobone headset over 7 months ago and still nothing! I'm usually a patient guy and with Covid spreading wildly, I figured I'd give them more slack. They promised to deliver in three weeks. After three months, I asked where's my product. They promised to ship it in the next batch. Well, that was 4 months ago and still nothing! I sent a mail to them about a week ago and they promised that their delivery department would get in touch with me. Big surprise, they haven't! I just sent them an email cancelling my order, let's see if they'll refund me or if I have to contact my credit card company

This company sucks. Money paid, goods not received. No refund. AI service. Should have checked on trust pilot. My bad

If you deal with these thieves, you will regret it.
First of all, when you purchase a set and click through the process of ordering, you are inadvertently adding other items to you cart.
They are actually charging you as you go. Then your bank will pick up multiple transactions, and eventually stop them taking money. Then the site says your card is declined. Then you use another card and do it again, then they take more money from the second card. Before you know it, the have scammed 600+ dollars from your accounts, and they send an invoice for a much smaller amount. Then you contact them and ask them to cancel it all and refund the money, then they say they will get on to it, then they send the products out anyway, probably to try claim you will be getting the goods to make it harder for you to recover your money from the credit card providers, then you are in for a battle with the credit card providers to get your money back. The way they do it is deceitful, and makes it confusing to recover your money.

IF YOU BUY FROM THEM, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL YOUR CREDIT CARD PROVIDERS ON SPEED DIAL, BECAUSE YOU WILL NEED IT. AND IF NOTHING ELSE, CHECK YOU BANK STATEMENTS ASAP!!!

On a side note, when you search for conduction headphones review, the first review that comes up is an actual add, not a review. It gives exobone a glowing review, when you dig deeper, you will find out that it is bogus, ie an add. I looked at a lot of other reviews, and exobone is not even mentioned.
Very clever ripoff tactic by this scamming syndicate.

These (Exobone P30 headphones) sound awful; absolutely horrid. Do not buy.

Product is horrible, shipping was much faster than most others, but the product is crap.
Now they say they won't refund the item because it has been used, even though they say there's a 30 day trial period.
Don't buy this p30!
I will file a claim with my credit card company to get my refund.

Very poor customer service and faulty product.
I received my p30 headphones after well over the promised time, they were in transit for nearly 2 months after taking about 3 months to start the shipping process.
When I received them the main multifunction button was not working consistently. I had to press up to 30 times before it would respond, making the double tap functionality basically unusable.
I contacted Winnergear customer support who responded initially very quickly. The only option they offered was a refund (no consideration of repair or replacement) and said because I'm outside the US I'd have to pay for return shipping. When I pushed back on this being unreasonable for a defective product they stopped responding. No response to several further messages over a number of weeks. Very disappointing!

Scam alert! P30 "bone conduction" headphone just worth 10 $.

Took 3 months to arrive. When they did they are made of cheap parts, after two days of use the plastic/rubber is wearing off the hinge point. When connected to two phones and in a call, I was constantly interrupted by the voice telling me I was still connected to another phone.
On day three, people on the other end of the line were complaining about the poor quality of my voice.
It is a scam - these are NOT worthy of £30 on Alibaba, let alone £130+!!!

I was been scammed just like the rest of you by Winner Gear. Still waiting for delivery. I will be contacting my bank today to figure out the next steps to recover my money. Oh and they did charge me for two pairs when I only asked for one. Do not buy from this fake company.

Extremely long waiting time for delivery (months longer than advertised). When finally arrived the listed specs on the product were lower than on the website.

The build quality is just acceptable. The sound quality is below par. The recorded voice notifications are ridiculous in heavily accented English. The battery like is very poor and less than advertised. I got sucked into buying it, there are better options around. It's better to spend $50 more for a better and higher specced product. Avoid.

Not bone conduction headphones, they put a speaker inside instead of bone Conduction tech. I would put 0 stars if I could

I used my cellphone to go the getexophone.com website and chose to order one headphone. It was not clear to me that they had changed my order from one to two headphones, until the order went through and it showed me the total. I may have noticed that they had made this change if I was on a computer screen, but on my cellphone screen it was not obvious, and in any case, is a dishonest scam. I immediately requested to cancel the order, and I received a response that they would do so, but asked as to why. I gave my reason, as above, and the next email I get is that they are sending it anyway because they want me to try it out. I disputed the charges with my credit card company, and they advised that since we received the order that we ask for an RMA to return it, or they will just say they fulfilled their end of the deal by deliverying it.

This is my current state of communication with the company: "You had agreed to honor our request to cancel this order, and yet we have received delivery of the order that we have told you we do not want and that you said you would cancel. We feel your company has been dishonest; your webpage changed our original selection of one headphone for $97 to two headphones at $93 each, and your webpage continues to do this dishonest practice for purchasers of the headphone. We have disputed the charges with our credit card company. We wish to return this order, unopened. Please provide us with an RMA."

These headphones are the biggest rip off. DO NOT BUY. Very poorly made. They do not work as advertised. Please save your money. I have never been more disappointed.

I looked into buying some bone conducting headphones about a month ago, and came across a review site (Soulrunner - as mentioned by the poster below) and then ordered the exobone headphones from the winnergear website.

The reason for the 2 is that the soulrunner review article is a scam and not a legitimate review site, its clearly an advertisement for winnergear disguised as a review.

So not knowing I had been scammed, I ordered the Exobone headphones through the Winnergear website about 3 weeks ago, and they arrived yesterday. No problems on delivery.

The headphones are not "Exobone" - in fact there is no such thing as "exobone" headphones, well, not that I could find anywhere on the web. The headphones that have come through are called P30, and are a cheap Chinese-made knock-off. You can see them on alibaba if you search for "P30 Bone Conduction Earphone Wireless Sports Earphone Mic Sweatproof and Lightweight Qualcomm Chip"

They also have a tacky "winnergear" label on them.

So my recommendation is buy them from alibaba for half the price or buy a more reputable brand.

Update. So after using them for about 5 runs, they started making a beeping noise and then stopping, so I had to keep pressing play on my iphone for them to start again, every 5 mins or so, very annoying. Have stopped using them.

American Cowboys! I would buy anywhere than US! Goods never arrive on time on time if at all! Date written backways in Feet and Inches in 2020 cave men!

I originally purchased 3 exobone's on 05/04/2020, which stated standard shipping would be 10 days. I FINALLY received my order today (07/24/2020). I literally opened the package less than an hour ago and only had to charge it for a bit. I'm still getting used to them but am intrigued. They work much better with my Macbook dictation system than the Apple earbuds I had but seem to be a little sensitive with the toggle button. I'll try to review this update in a few weeks but wanted to at least update people that I actually received them.
