Successful refund

ordered in April but still not recive them. After much communication and seeing the experience of others I lost my bottle and insisted on a refund and they processed it with no hassle. Sort of wish I'd hung in there a little longer but 12 weeks was a bit to much.

Product better than process

I will admit, i was highly skeptical when a month passed and I didn't have my order. It took over 2 months total for it to get to me but I'm assuming it probably had to do with COVID as they came from China. Now that I have them I'm very please with product.

The Exobone headphones are not a scam! I ordered mine in June and received them today. They work as advertised. The only reason for not 5 stars is the long wait. Think about it people, a company trying to scam you is not going to refund your money. Be patient, the product is real.

I would give zero stars if it was possible. I ordered exbone ear phones like many others on 1st may for my husbands birthday. Every time you email you get fobbed off saying due to covid there’s a delay, then they promise your orders ready, then it’s on next weeks delivery. All a load of rubbish. I gave them until middle of June (after several emails) by which time I was getting the same old email they are coming, never given a tracking number. In the end I had to threaten to contact credit card company at which point they just refunded to my card no email no explanation and No apology 😡😡😡. Shocking company, I would never order from again and I would never recommend to anyone unless u want to pay for goods you never get. PLEASE AVOID

Guess I am not the only one to be scammed by this. I looked at some of the other reviews and have had the same experience. As i am riding my bike more with the pandemic on I wanted to get conduction earphones. I fell for their story and pulled out my credit card. Nothing came - I wrote to them and have received a string of excuses.

I know we are in the middle of a pandemic but customer service is dreadful. Ordered headphone at the start of April. Told were a priority for shipping a number of times, only when I asked what was happening to my order, to them never arriving. Final straw was being told date of being shipped,10 days later, nothing. Took days to return emails or communicate. Finally asked for a refund. Bought different headphones from Amazon. Arrived in two days. Do not buy from this company.

I think I have been scammed. Ordered exobone in April and still have not received them. Should have had them in 3 weeks now it has been nearly 3 months. Is this a real company? Anyone else in same boat as me and the post that aptly called them Liars?

Exobone - Highly NOT RECOMMENDED

I absolutely agree with what has been posted about Winnergear and the Exobone product. I ordered and paid for two sets on 08 April. I'd expected a 2/3 week delivery as stated, but nothing arrived. I experienced four BS responses to my queries, all assuring me they would be dispatched the following week with tracking details. Nothing arrived, so I formally advised Winnergear to cancel the order and process an immediate refund. It's 8 days since I cancelled and I await the refund. I don't know whether Covid 19 had an hand in slowing the delivery process. If it had the outsourced customer care service made no attempt to give a valid reason for Winnergears' inefficiency. Either way, I'm very sceptical about the company and its promises. On 22 June I received a full refund.

Order Cancellation

This is an interesting one. against my better judgement i made an impulse buy. I was searching for bone conduction headphones and I landed on a website which i thought was a legitimate review website which (when looking into closer) turned out to be a marketing site. Having placed my order, my account was debited quickly. Like other reviews on here, i received no order number and no confirmation. I left for a week (as they stated they were shipping from the states) and did some further research into the company (landing on trust pilot and the poor reviews) i decided at that point to cancel my order and asked for a refund. The responses from support seemed automated. however after 1 week i was refunded.

Probably a SCAM, do not use

Ordered early-April 2020 with promised 7-10 day delivery. Waited till 1st May before querying (giving them the benefit of the doubt re COVID) - my order was ready for shipping apparently. I heard nothing (no tracking number) so repeat query approx 10 days later, another BS response about my order being ready. Silence, another query after 10 days and more BS about the situation in China but my order is now top priority.

Fortunately my credit card company have cancelled that card and refunded me. They obviously got to Winnergear because I've now had an email from Winnergear advising they've cancelled the order as I requested.

Suspected scam - but managed to get my money back

Like the other reviewers on this site, I have concerns about Winnergear. There are a few signs that this might be a scam offering.
I do not however have any proof of this.
I did order a set of exobone headphones.
I decided it must be a scam and decided to cancel the order and ask for a refund.
HERE IS HOW I GOT MY MONEY BACK - I am posting this for the people below who have not received their ordered products - hopefully you can do the same and get a refund!
- I ordered a set of exobone headphones about a week ago in late May.
- After a few hours and talking to a few people I got suspicious about the offering, did some research and decided it very likely that this is a scam offering.
- I immediately blocked my credit card, called the 24/7 credit card phone line to discuss the matter (nothing more they could do at that point - they said once the transaction is pending, they can't stop it from going through)
- I also immediately emailed Winnergear with instructions to cancel the order and refund the money (they say they have a money back guaranty). I also called the phone number that appeared on my online credit card transaction record, but didn't get through.
- I then raised the matter with Netsafe - who gave general advice.
The most helpful information was this - note that I had NOT got this from the call to the credit card hotline of my bank:
- According to Consumer.org.nz /articles /credit-card-chargebacks, you can get your bank to talk directly to the seller's bank and get your money back through what's called a CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK! Have a read and ask your bank about it.
Armed with that information, I felt in a position to put some pressure on Winnergear:
- I got an email response from a Winnergear support person saying they'd love to help me but could I tell them a reason. I said based on other customers' reviews I have reason to believe this is a scam offering. They did not dispute or comment on this. Their next email was: That they understand I want to cancel, but that they think I'll love the product and that they'll ship it asap.
I then sent them a very stern response saying that I'd made very clear i did not want to go through with the purchase, I was asking for a cancelation and a refund, and that I would notify anti-scam agencies and the police. I got no response for a couple of hours. When I added in another email, that I was about to get my bank to get a credit card chargeback from their bank, I got a response within half an hour saying, "consider it done". I then got a cancelation notification and - I barely dared to trust it would happen:
- I got a full refund a few days later.

I am very relieved. I do not know if Winnergear is a legit seller. I have found the whole experience worrying and will order a new credit card anyway. I will be more vigilant in future.
- I must reiterate though, that from my own experience, I have no conclusive evidence that Winnergear's offerings are indeed a scam. Their deliveries may take long due to COVID-19 - who knows. It does look very dodgy though, and my gut feel is it's not to be trusted. (No real feedback on website, no proper external reviews, etc).

Scam! 6 weeks later and still no product.

I had the same experience as others who gave 1 star reviews. I ordered the exobone headphones in mid April. In early June, I still had not received the headphones. I requested a refund and customer service said that the headphones would be on the next shipment. It was only after I threatened to dispute the charge with my credit card company did Winner Gear finally issue me a refund.

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!! DO NOT ORDER!!!

I ordered a massage gun 4 weeks ago. My credit card was charged $249 CAD on May 6. I have not received any acknowledgment of the order, no order number, confirmation email, receipt, tracking details, nothing. I emailed them on May 13 because there is no phone number to call (big surprise). They responded and said they would send confirmation immediately and ship my package the next week. It is now May 30. Still nothing. I am now having to dispute the charges with Visa.

DON'T GET ROBBED LIKE ME!!!!

Stay away so they do not take your money.
I ordered the headset and have yet to get them.
I have sent numerous Emails and there reply is totally automated, once again totally automated.
I asked for there phone# and there reply ohh sorry it's down.
I called Wells Fargo to do a Claim so there looking in to it.
Keep your money and don't get scammed from these Hackers.
Hopefully they get caught!!!

I ordered in late March and waiting until this week to inquire where my item was and received an email reply stating that they are running behind and that I would be moved up on the list. Well... and reading these reviews I now wonder if I wasn't taken. Sad thing.
