Little too early in the process for a review as I haven't received the windows yet. But as usual the ordering was easy. The experience in the past has been really good so I expect it will be the same

I received a number of quotes from other companies to replace the windows in my 50 year old log cabin in the mountains of North Carolina. I had 16 windows to replace including one large picture window. The quotes seemed really high. By luck, I found the WindowEstore and began to measure and plan to install them myself. The website is easy to use and you can order practically any size you need down to 1/8". Their order team is responsive and confirms every order and answers any questions quickly. The window construction is solid, hefty and functions well. They install easily and are extremely efficient. I am very happy so far with what I have received from them and am waiting for the next shipment to finish the project. By the way, I am saving $4,000-$5,000 by installing them myself. I am handy with tools but no professional by any means.

We replaced four, aluminum frame/single pane windows in our 1973 condo. Two were 4' x 6'. The trimmable stucco flange was critical - using an oscillating tool removed 1/4" from the top/bottom and 9/16" from the side flange (used the old frame as a template). Perfect fit inside the existing exterior trim (which we could not alter). Great service, quality, delivery, and support. For a cost of 1.16% of the purchase price (condo purchased in 08/2021) - a huge improvement in performance and appearance. As these were sliders - removed the sliding glass which lighten the window by 1/2. Very satisfied and much better than the replacement windows that were done by professionals just two condos north of ours. Just measure carefully - and you will get a perfect fit. A little caulk and you are good to go.

We were told window would be done end of November only to to be end of December. Mind you this wouldn’t be bad if I lived in Texas but our home is at 9000 ft in Colorado. We purchased the house be window October 24.

The entire process (order, confirmation, delivery, installation) was easy start to finish. The website really makes selecting/configuring/ordering windows painless. Everyone I have spoken to has been incredibly helpful and friendly!

Exceptionally easy to make the order/modify when that became necessary, gave great advice, and shipped quite quickly. Really awesome company and I look forward to purchasing more windows from them in future.

As an architect, I am always looking for superior products and found them at the WindowEstore. Wanting to install the windows myself, I had become frustrated with other window companies who would not sell direct. The WindowEstore however, proved to be the exception. Their website was not only user friendly but additionally allowed me to custom select and size each window for my project. I had contacted Derek with questions about their products more than a year ago. I found him to be helpful and incredibly patient in his responses, following up with product information including specifications, details, and installation instructions. When I finally placed my order, I reached out with an installation question and was surprised when Derek answered the phone and remembered my name. He spent several minutes with me, again with much patience and expertise. Hearing 'supply-side' issues within the industry were backing up window orders for months, I was prepared for a long wait. I was then surprised when my windows were delivered within a few short weeks of placing my order. To test the waters, I started with an order of four smaller windows and could not be more pleased with the results. My second order will include several large format windows and a sliding glass door. Way to go WindowEstore and Derek. With your help--and if I was a few years younger--I would be ready to start my own window installation company!
