Came in fast
Came in fast, and the window is in good shape. Some deep scratches on the inside of vinyl so it has to be painted. Beside that it looks good but not going to be in stalled for four weeks and then we will know if it's working right

They make the process smooth and easy. The instructions on their website are crystal clear. I also appreciate the confirmation of the order and how the measurements were taken prior to manufacturing. This was my second time using them and I'll continue until I'm done with my house upgrades. The first set of windows installed perfectly following their measurement guidelines. The price and value for the windows is on par, if not better, than you find from other retailers. If you are an advanced DIYer or handyman, this should be your source for windows.
