The window is exactly what we wanted. The pickup location did not find our window when it should have been there. I called WindowEstore and they called the pickup location and fixed the problem immediately. The pickup location had mis-labeled the window. The ordering was straight-forward, and the staff friendly and efficient. I was mostly impressed by the high quality of the windows. The only very minor glitch is that the pre-drilled mounting holes at the top often lined up with the holes in the frame left by removing the old sash pulleys.

It was very easy to navigate the web blind site. There are excellent instructions, videos, and other guidelines. Prices seemed comparable or even better, relative to other online window sites. Then to top it all off I get a personal call after placing the order just to make sure everything g is correct. Amazing!
