Mr M Thomas, I had a rat problem in the roof so looked up website and Wiltshire pest services looked to be the most communicative web page so gave them a call, it went to answer phone which said someone would return my call......within ten minutes Scott had returned my call listened to my problem and promptly arranged a visit. After inspection he left some traps and gave me a return date which he attended and unfortunately we had a super intelligent beasty!! So Scott left a stronger persuasion along with a camera. Upon Scott's promised return he saw from the camera that the beasty was ignoring the traps and the camera, which Scott did not find amusing so having laid some further plans the beast!y succomed to a greater intelligence and we now have peace and quiet in our roof!
What a great helpful and knowledgeable chap Scott is.
I can only say thank you and trust I will not require his services again! However I highly recommend his services if you should need them.

Came within an hour of being called. Dealt with the nest quickly, removing most of the evidence despite being in an awkward-to-get-at location in a cramped corner of the loft. A few stragglers arrived on the scene soon after, but 24 hours later, no sign of any activity in the loft. I'm sure not the cheapest, but dealt with the issue professionally.

I would highly recommend Scott from Wiltshire Pest Services. I called him at 9am to remove a wasps nest in our hedge and he was with us about 35-40mins later!
Such a lovely and friendly chap, he chatted with my 3yo daughter who has been cooped up for 17 weeks shielding, missing interaction with others, all about how the nest is made, talked her through his PPE and even showed us inside the nest after it was removed! She was very excited and over the moon and I really appreciated everything he did. 10/10 from us.

I recently had the most unpleasant experience of a greenbottle fly infestation in my living room. Unfortunately, this happened on a late Sunday evening. I did an online search for the aforementioned issue & found a general enquiries phone number. I was given phone numbers of 4 diffferent Pest Control companies in my area. I rang each one and left a message, due to it being a weekend and late evening. Wiltshire Pest Services were the only one of the four to contact me first thing the following morning. The Proprietor, Scott Mays, attentively listened to my concerns. He filled me in on what to expect and told me how to deal with the situation. He was willing to come and inspect but we both felt the situation was manageable & I was able to keep in contact with Scott via text message during the 3 days the fly infestation occurred. I also had another issue at the same time with squirrels living in my cottage roof space. Scott came out within two days to set traps to catch the squirrels. He came back the following week to remove traps as a squirrel had been caught. He was happy to come back & re set the traps but I felt I didn’t want to have this done & it would be better for my to have some trees felled instead, so as the squirrels route to my cottage roof would be hindered. Scott very kindly recommended a Tree Surgeon for me to contact for a quote. Scott also gave me the phone nos of two Chimney Sweeps who would be able to fit an anti bird cowll; sadly, the cause of the fly infestation was a dead chick falling down the chimney breast into the blocked off fireplace.

Living alone it can sometimes be incredibly hard to find Tradesmen who one can trust, especially being a lone female. This is why I am highly recommending Wiltshire Pest Services. Scott is incredibly easy to talk with & is very knowledgeable in his field of work. If you’re ever unlucky enough to have any type of pest issue, Scott Mays is definitely the man for the job!
