Scott was a pleasure to deal with. He assisted with a couple of issues we had - vermin and woodworm. He worked with us over a few weeks to resolve the former and the latter was dealt with in a tidy and conscious manner. I found Wiltshire Pest Services (WPS) via a Google search and, based on their proximity to our location, customer testimonials and Google reviews, I decided to contact them by email in order to remove an active wasps nest in our house; wasps were accessing our house from their nest in the roof void and two family members had already been stung. Scott from WPS responded very promptly and arranged to come out the next day to deal with the problem. When he arrived I was really impressed and reassured by Scott’s professionalism and knowledge. He had to access the roof void via a rather awkward opening, but dealt with everything stoically and calmly. It’s about 18-hours now since he treated and removed as much of the nest as he was able to and he has neutralised the problem. I also feel very confident that Scott would return and sort out any further issues we have, if necessary. I therefore have no hesitation at all in wholeheartedly recommending this company and I will call them immediately if I have any further pest problems. Thank you, WPS.

I bought a place that had a major flea infestation. Pretty dumb right? But not as dumb as trying to resolve the problem myself. After hundreds of flea bites, a fair amount of money thrown at household products and wasting a lot of my own time, I failed miserably at ridding the place of the problem. I called Scott and he turned up the next day looking like a Ghost Buster and killed them all dead. I followed his advice in the proceeding weeks, with leaving the products down and then vacuuming regularly after a certain period, and the situation is now a million times better, with no sign of any fleas. I should have called him from the start. If you're looking for an effective flea massacre in your home, learn from my mistake and call the expert in straight away! Thanks so much.
