If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Khalid was brilliant from the start, sending me a very in depth video of the car I’d enquired about, giving me plenty of detail and answering any questions I had. He kept me updated whilst I was waiting for my appointment and I can’t fault the service he gave. Went above and beyond! Alex was incredible too, considering he’s only been with the company a few weeks, he was so knowledgeable and also went above and beyond for me!
I will definitely be back when I need a new car! Thank you Khalid and Alex, and also to Greg! What a great team you have.
10/10 would recommend!

Bad experience. Waste of time and energy. Avoid.
I placed an order (Order #157714) on 5th May 2026 for a new Vauxhall Frontera EV with an estimated delivery date of 1st September 2026, paying a £500 deposit.
The car was not delivered on the agreed date due to an outstanding manufacturer safety recall. Because the car could not be supplied and no clear resolution timeframe was given, I formally exercised my statutory right to withdraw from the associated PCP finance agreement within the 14-day cooling-off window (Section 66B Consumer Credit Act 1974) and rescinded the car order under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Despite formal requests for the return of my £500 deposit, Wilsons Epsom has failed to process the refund. I have had to escalate this to my bank for a chargeback, as well as reporting the matter to the Motor Ombudsman. I strongly advise prospective buyers to clarify delivery and deposit terms carefully before placing orders.

The vehicle was unfortunately affected by a manufacturer safety recall, which meant that we were unable to complete the handover as originally anticipated. While this was outside of our direct control, we appreciate the inconvenience and uncertainty this caused.
We are also sorry that you feel the subsequent handling of your deposit has not met your expectations. We take matters relating to deposits and refunds seriously and will review the circumstances surrounding your order and the correspondence received.
As this matter has now been escalated to external parties, we believe it would be inappropriate to discuss the specific details of the order or finance agreement publicly. Our team will continue to engage through the appropriate channels to work towards resolving the matter.
We are disappointed that your experience has led to this review and hope we can bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion. Many thanks, Wilsons

Superb service
We had the pleasure of being attended to by Hussain Naief who was friendly yet polite and very knowledgable. The purchase of our MG was painless and very efficiently dealt with. Lying regarding loosing waranty
* Update: To reply to your latest reply Wilson's team, your comment is not true. MG's site clearly says "warranty will not be invalidated if a non-authorised repairer carries out service work", stop dissiminating misinformation.
I've phoned Wilsons MG team regarding a scheduled service that I think is a bit pricey for the amount of work compared with Halfords (and other MG garages).
The person answering the phone mentioned that I would loose my warranty but looking at MG terms of the warranty (can't post links but this is easily found in MG's website) it is clearly mentioned that "warranty will not be invalidated if a non-authorised repairer carries out
service work". Wilsons should stop telling customers that the warranty will be void if they visit other garages, lying is a cheap way to try to do business. The rude way that I was talked to just meant that I won't be visiting their garage for any other services either, their staff should learn some customer service skills.

We've just collected a '22' trade in from Wilsons, all the staff were very welcoming, our sales girl 'Gemma' was absolutely excellent, the vehicle was serviced, MOT'd and had a scratch that I hadn't noticed when viewing the vehicle polished out, both in our late 60's we're not the most tech savvy people, i was so impressed how Gemma took us through the onboard systems in easy to understand bites, the purchase process was smooth and simple, everything was taken care of.
