Great foods & lots of recipe ideas
Always huge choices & always a really tasty treat, with gluten-free, sulphite- free options and eco shot (non lead) choices when in season.
My latest delivery didn’t disappoint, but was not that chilled on arrival, in fact it was quite warm, so had to cook it immediately, rather than take a chance on storing it raw in fridge or freezer. You maybe need to add more really frozen gel packs or extra padding when weather is forecast to be as hot as it has been?

Svar från Wild Meat Company
Thank you for your feedback and for your continued support. We're delighted to hear that you enjoy the wide choice of products, including our gluten-free, sulphite-free, and eco-shot options, and that your latest delivery met your expectations in terms of quality and taste.
We're sorry to hear that the parcel did not arrive as chilled as it should have. We understand your concern and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. During periods of unusually hot weather, maintaining the correct temperature throughout transit can be more challenging, and we're currently reviewing our packaging and cooling measures to ensure products remain well chilled on arrival.
Your suggestion regarding additional frozen gel packs and extra insulation is very helpful, and we'll pass this feedback on to our packing and logistics team for consideration.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. We value your feedback and hope to continue providing you with delicious products and an even better delivery experience in the future.

Well packed and delivered on time
Well packed and delivered on time. Courier did not follow instructions and ring bell but left Parcel on doorstep in full view of a major road. Not impressed with DHL, Fedex were much more reliable. I jointed the chicken and we had some for Sunday dinner. Quality was good, but not exceptional.

I'm pleased to hear that your order was well packed and arrived on time. However, I'm sorry to hear that the courier did not follow your delivery instructions and left the parcel on the doorstep in full view of the road. I appreciate how frustrating that must have been, and I will pass your comments on regarding the delivery service.
Thank you also for your comments on the chicken. I'm glad you enjoyed it for your Sunday dinner and found the quality good, although I'm sorry it didn't quite meet your expectations. We always aim to provide the highest-quality produce, and feedback such as yours is very valuable to us.
