Great service today in the dunfermline store. David helped us with everything we needed very polite and found us a bargain so even better.

Lizzy was super friendly, polite, and professional mixing my paint samples, answering all my questions and gave me space and time to think and change my mind. Paint samples were largely fine , apart from one that had clumps of paint pigment left. The mixing machine may need some servicing. Generally great shopping experience, but product quality still leaves something to be desired

The store is well laid out, well stocked and the customer service is excellent. A special thank you to Olivia, who went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. She was knowledgeable, patient and friendly.

Store members helpfull and polite but ordered online and kept sending faulty fully finished doors 4 delivery's in and still not done,waited days for delivery to turn up and collect faulty items, just came when they wanted spoke to customer service and if it wasn't a blag or lie you was spoke to like trash poor service and if you can't understand English or any of the company's products your in the wrong job .still havent had a manager call me back to deal with it .be taking my trade account elsewere!!

I went into Wickes to buy something and Xiomara was absolutely great. She was really friendly, helpful and made the whole experience so easy. She took the time to help me find exactly what I needed and was lovely to speak to. Really appreciate her help and great customer service!

The paint I bought opened on the way home and spilt over the inside of my car. In all the years buying paint it’s almost impossible to get the lid off. I believe it had been opened before. Sent a complaint and they just said it was my fault. Not very good CUSTOMER Service in my opinion. Doesn’t make me feel like a happy customer. I will take all my business elsewhere in future

Filthy dirty store
I have never been in a store so dirty as this one. Not even builders yards, equestrian stores, wood yards or any other DIY store.
I went to Wickes Reading yesterday on the way to an appointment. Bought 3 items and came out of the store and my trousers were covered in dust. It took a while to brush them down, I had to apologise at the meeting for the state I was in. I have been to this store before and thought how much dust there was everywhere, but yesterday was absolutely filthy.
Is it the staff who do not care, or the management of the store.  It certainly does not reflect well on the company, maybe they do not care. 
It would seem to me it must be the store management. You have certainly succeeded at losing me as a customer.

Reece was a great help when i visited the reading store, he was clearly very busy, but still took the time to help me find everything i needed.

Lizzy, the staff member at Reading, till was extremely helpful. I suffer from vision issues. Lizzy made sure she told me every time she scanned an how much it cost and gave me reassurance that my card had been processed correctly whilst this is a normal everyday occurrence for most people for people like me is extremely challenging. Please say thank you to her. I would also like to point out my daughter has written this for me again due to vision issues. Small things make a massive difference. Thank you.

Fantastic shopping experience as always, we work around the country and this is by far the best store. Lizzy was welcoming with great customer service skills, and her knowledge was brilliant.

Neesha is the person who served me and she was the most helpful and so kind to me i have trouble understanding but she made everything so much easier for me
