Who made it a pleasure? I have met with many of sales reps in my time and he is far the best great knowledge no pushy sales chat very patient when we changed our mind on a couple of things just made us feel at ease and very comfortable throughout the whole process

I went into Wickes Havant today and a professional called Liz was the most helpful person I have ever came across in any shop! Liz was so helpful and her customer service was the best I had ever experienced. She actually wanted to help us and explain the different sorts of paints with the pro and cons for each one so we could get the right one of us and our family!

I have always found the Havant based staff very helpful but on this particular occasion one guy really stood out - Adam Johnson (Deliveries). It was imperative that I had a special door delivered on the date promised and to have a Plan B in place in case it was wasn't. Adam immediately understood my dilemma and without hesitation and after consultation with his store manager expedited a Plan B that suited us both. Such a refreshing change in this modern world. Thanks Adam.

One lady, I didnt catch her name but she helped me with a stack of tubs so I could remove one. She was lovely and deserves credit for going above & beyond. I know its her job to assist but I wasnt going to let her do the task on her own so she ended up as a smiling guide and we worked together. To put it all back on the shelf as well. Give her a raise please

We are first time buyers and was very unsure on how the process of buying a new kitchen works, we sat with Becky in the Havant store and she was so helpful and made us feel so comfortable she came out for a home visit two days after our first conversation. Answered all our questions and was a real pleasure would so highly recommend. She is brilliant

Went to Wickes in Havant to get new shower pole. Needed to make sure was right length so went to till where very helpful young man called Bailey produced tape measure ! He kindly did the measuring for me as had to take out of box which in itself was a challenge.
Bailey was polite , patient and is a credit to the company. Wish more sales people were like him

We went to Wickes completely unaware of what exactly we wanted and our bathroom designer Becky Carter created a fantastic project for our bathroom. She helped us see how things would look like, she was very patient with us, whilst we were choosing the right furniture and tiles. You can clearly see that she is very experienced and knows how to help.
The quote the specialist's work were very close to the final figure so we did not experience unpleasant surprises.
We would definitely recommend Becky Carter!
The coordination works also went smoothly. The furniture was delivered three days before the works start.
The contractor which completed the project SL Bentley Bathroom Fitting Ltd did an amazing job. The boys kept the place tidy, and the works were completed in 10 working days.

Becky was exceptional in helping me design my kitchen. She provided excellent and helpful advice throughout the entire process, demonstrating both knowledge and professionalism. Thanks to her guidance, I achieved exactly the look I wanted. I couldn’t fault her in any way; she was incredibly patient and accommodating. Highly recommend!

The service we received from Becky Carter was excellent, Becky designed our new Kitchen and was very patient with us as we changed the design several times and played about with layout until we were happy and she was always happy to change things around.
Becky was also happy to design an area for our tortoise, Toby.

Genuinely top drawer service from Bailey Field today. I had a real issue matching the colour of my kitchen units to a paint and have lost access to my email account with which I made the initial order so couldn't find my orders email and subsequent order number.

Bailey persevered with the system he had in store and eventually we found my order and managed to match the paint. It's this sort of service that sets stores apart from their competitors and Bailey showed how much customer service means to him. Thank you.

The company contracted to fit the kitchen have been absolutely fantastic, Wickes not so great. Once the kitchen had been booked in, any follow up calls have been few and far between. I have doors etc that are surplus to requirements ,however I am being told I may not be able to get refund even though its the design fault why they are surplus not happy

Wish I could give more than 5 stars for Adam Osborne at Wickes Havant.

We looked at a lot of kitchen suppliers and designers, including some very high end companies. We went with Wickes because Adam was - by far - the best kitchen designer we met. He is simply excellent at his job - he's creative and a great listener, so he came up with exactly what we were looking for and came up with useful features we hadn't thought of.

He's friendly, calm and thoughtful, and completely transparent with costs, timeframes and what is and isn't possible. No sales patter, no up-selling - just a desire to work out what we wanted and deliver it perfectly for our budget.

It's been a year since we installed our new kitchen and I've waited this long to write a review in case for any reason the design didn't turn out to be practical after a year's use, or in case the quality didn't stand up to daily wear and tear. A year later, it's still looking as good as new.

Huge thanks to Adam for making what was turning out to be a daunting experience into a simple, easy, and (almost!) enjoyable project - finished on time and on budget.

Can't recommend him highly enough - you'll be in very safe hands.

From design to completion everything went really well. The designer, Becky Carter, was professional, gave me great advice and ideas. There was no hard sell just reassuring knowledge both of the kitchen and associated elements such as flooring and electrics. The installer, Aydon Rose could not have been more knowledgeable and considerate. He was hugely skilled and with an eye for every detail. It was not an easy job, throwing up a lot of issues all of which were dealt with calmly. I am so pleased with the end result. A complete transformation. Thank you Becky and Aydon!
