Excellent Service
I had to rearrange an order due to the salesperson in the shop not listening and was feeling irritated by the process and being passed around.
Charlene greeted us with a smile, listened to the issues and had us sorted out properly.
During it, she couldn't have been more helpful and made sure we felt happy with the information and that we had a laugh during it.

Excellent customer service
I just want to commend you on an excellent customer service experience. I ordered shower panels from you after being let down spectacularly by Naturewall. You despatched them rapidly but sadly they arrived damaged. I called you and was asked to send pictures of the damage and you then arranged for them to be collected, again rapidly. I have now received confirmation of my refund and I have to say I'm really impressed. This has not been my experience with the aforementioned company and I'm still waiting for a refund. It makes a nice change to not have to constantly chase for money back! I would also say that it was a real shame about the damage as I really like the panels.

Having picked what we wanted in the…
Having picked what we wanted in the showroom with Simon we popped round to collect our items from the warehouse. Unfortunately Simon had listed the wrong toilet seat and missed the toilet vanity unit off the order. Which was annoying to say the least.
Charlene was there to save the day and correct our order and save the day changing the toilet seats and ordering the toilet vanity unity at the time to save having to go back to the main store.
Charlene really made sure we were happy with our choices and were 100% happy before we left excellent member of staff in the warehouse nothing was a problem for her.

First class sales service
Our sales advisor Moshiur Rahaman was a great help and pointed out things we hadn’t thought of eg the height of the shower enclosure. Showroom was first class it was great to be able to see quality firsthand. Excellent customer service so far looking forward to bathroom suite being delivered
