Nothing but good things to say about the service provided at wholesale domestic bathrooms in Hillington. At one point we had three members of staff helping to create the vision for our bathroom that we were struggling to complete ourselves. They had everything we would need in the one store which made our experience easier and stress free.
Would highly recommend this store.

Terrible service, attitude, and delivery
Terrible service
Placed and order on the 14th of August, all items marked at in stock. I got a call a few days later to confirm items would be dispatched in the next few days and to check my email for delivery details. By the 18th of August I had heard nothing so chased it up. I was then informed that I should have been contacted to let me know that one item was a special order but was due in the following day and the whole order would be sent out as a priority to be delivered on the 21st or 24th of August on a special urgent delivery. It’s now the afternoon of the 24th and I have not heard anything more so I called again to be told I shouldn’t have been told this and the items might not get here until the 27th. My plumber is booked in for the 27th. Kyle whom I spoke with today didn’t even offer apologies and just kept saying I’d be misinformed (by them) when I pointed out that the entire service was terrible and I didn’t even been offered apologies, his reply was that apologies would be offered when they knew what had happened! I have asked for a manager or someone who can sort this out to call me asap. This is a terrible experience all round and I would NOT recommend using these guys at all.

I tried to return a badly broken toilet…
I tried to return a badly broken toilet pan, hadn't noticed the damage until 39 days after purchasing (that's when we got round to taking it out of the box as we are doing a house extension) because it was out with the 30 day return policy they were not interested in helping. I do get the policy my point here is please check all goods before you get them home no matter what size, as far as I am concerned someone has dropped that box and never let on and allowed it to go out for sale ( I know it definitely wasn't me) my extension went on longer than planned and the 30 days had expired..a lesson learned

Great experience at wholesale and Domestic in Hillington Glasgow.
The lady Alison Brown who helped us was excellent and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
We have unusual shower enclosure sizes and she searched the whole system until she found shower enclosures that would work in our shower spaces.

Excellent quick delivery
Excellent quick delivery.
Mountains of packing ensured the wash basin arrived in perfect condition. There were a couple of bashes/small tears on the outside box but all safe inside.
Love our new basin. Fits perfectly to replace a much older cracked one.

Zoe was incredible today
Zoe was incredible today - we had a rough outline of what we wanted but were a bit lost on specifics. She talked us through everything we had to consider on the design, and many things we hadn't even thought about! She was really good at explaining our options, and if something didn't work she was able to give immediate alternative options. She was so clear at explaining and nothing was too much trouble. We are really happy with our order and would highly recommend.
