Apparently Whitbread have a Customer Relations Department !
I doubt this is true as i have emailed them twice and tried to phone , unfortunately no one answers the phone or responds to any emails . I have received an email and responded and been told someone will contact you and no one ever does. As far as I am concerned Whitbread have Customer Non-Relations Department. I think that Whitbread are too big to care!!

Bar/block restaurant voucher is a scam beware they offer you a voucher to use in there restaurant to the value of £100 but when you show the voucher after you have eaten they inform you the voucher has been used so you end up paying for it. The only reason I went was because I had a voucher

I went to Trevithick Inn in Camborne, for a family breakfast, what a disappointment, the food was cold, staff where rude, when I asked was there anymore items available, all you can eat breakfast, false advertising,I paid over £80. I complained to Whitbread direct, I was told it was because of covid.
And I should of complained at the time. Excuses.
Apparently they can’t do refunds centrally.

My friend and I called here, The Beeches near Gresford, just by chance and were VERY pleasantly surprised. As soon as we got through the door we were greeted by a very nice young man, Jay, who after giving us time to settle at our table then came to take our order. The food was great, (as was the wine !) and the other staff to whom we spoke were also lovely people.... and Graham, the manager, was extremely festive in his Father Christmas jacket!! so smiles all around. Thankyou all for being so welcoming.

There is no way of properly escalating any concerns / complaints to Premier Inn, who are owned by Whitbread. Today there was no hot water in the hotel. The receptionist gave me an email address to contact which was outdated. Why could the manager themselves not refund me? Why give out outdated contacts? Why, when you use the Premier Inn feedback page, is their SLA 40+ days for responding (if they ever do at all)?

Absolutely dreadful company. They sent me a voucher for free desserts. We took them up on this offer. They also stated that if we scanned our card we would be sent a £10 voucher. We did this, but have never received the voucher. I've contacted them so many times it is ridiculous. I even went through Resolver, but they've still done nothing. Make false promises, to lure people in, then don't do what they said they would.

My wife booked a surprise 40th birthday for me in wales at gresford, she booked at Beeches for a large group of 23 people, the manager Graham was fantastic in his communication and arrangements being made by wife and even phone calls from her auntie in America to arrange receiving delivery of my birthday cake! All the staff very polite and very helpful, the waiter Jay went on above what I would expect on a service!

Only reason for a 4 out of 5 stars was a few items of the menu was unavailable due to supply issues

A lovely meal. We were looked after by Aiden and a young lady, very helpful and accomodating.
Will come back again

We were looked after by Kat at the Beaches Wrexham. She was polite very helpful and looked after the whole family whilst we dined. Food was lovely especially deserts. Will defiantly be back!

We were looked after by Aiden in The Beeches in Wrexham, who was courteous and informative .Meal and service were excellent and very good value.

Lovely meal in beeches Wrexham , helpful staff, Aiden and Rachel were very pleasant servers, . Will be back.

Had a Sunday lunch at table table (Harley twist) Doncaster . Worst Sunday lunch i have ever had roast beef was swimming in a pool of blood and rest of dinner cold . Waitress in denial said we always serve it rare ,(rubbish) I told her if t hat the case she must tell the customer before ordering.no refund or replacement was offered . Poor quality food and staff !

Aiden was so helpful , he was run off his feet yet was very pleasant and friendly , thank you.

Great meal and service at Liskeard Tavern and Callywith. Lovely to be out again and feel safe.

Lovely food and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Had a meal at The Beeches, Gresford. Really friendly staff, very attentive server named Kat and food really nice. Plenty of hand gel available.
