They only get one because that’s the lowest you can give! Booked a premiere inn for a wedding (date obviously cast in stone so didn’t pay extra for flexi! Why would I? 7 hour drive from home so hence booked train ) train strike organised for the weekend so can’t now go! Premiere inn/Whitbread won’t swap the booking for a nearer hotel!! Not like I’m asking for my money back!!

Popped into uxbridge for breakfast with my mother as we have done many times before. Always a warm welcome from the front of house and waiting staff and the food had always been reasonable, hot and fresh.
All was normal apart from an hour waiting for food which when it came was cold and tough, several items were missing, when we reported this to our waitress she got our hash browns and black pudding straight away but sadly they were cold and greasy, i can only assume these were to be thrown away.
The food we did eat mase us both sick and couldn’t have been cooked properly.
Must have changed the chef, very dissapointed and will find somewhere else to have breakfast in future.

Once again we got a good meal and Sarah was an excellent waitress, always smiling and very friendly and efficient

I would not recommend Whitbread as a potential employer. They expect you to do a trail for 2 hours without pay and induction. Whitbread, stop ripping people off.

My suggestion to resolve a situation is that they pay the amount in a meal or equivalent. The least that Whitbread can do!!

Ate in the Thyme restaurant within Premier Inn Uxbridge Road Slough. Food was good service was very good with staff being friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble for them. Would recommend

Cheadle Royal Table Table Restaurant: Having spent the last week in the attached Premier Inn and experienced both breakfast and dinner at this restaurant, I found the food very average bordering on poor. Had a ploughman's on the first night, served on a hot plate. The staff are always to busy sitting down at the end of bar, when you enter the place you feel like your causing them an inconvenience, and it shows sometimes with the reaction you receive. The bar person handed me the merchants copy of the receipt, when I mentioned to them that this was the case and asked if I could have a VAT receipt, the answer was 'only the manageress can do that, she'll be in tomorrow morning for breakfast'. Guess what, no she wasn't. When I asked the person if they could do it, I received the same answer, plus they where less than polite. As a pub owner and landlord myself, I find the attitude and service that is provided here totally unacceptable, the hospitality industry has been through enough over the last two years without the added burden of staff that don't want to be there and cant be bothered. Unfortunately I have to return next week for another round of miserable and less than competent bar staff.

Would give zero if possible. Went for a breakfast at the Morfa Table Table Rhuddlan, never again. Ordered our all you can eat breakfast me, hubby and 2 others. Food tasted ok, but within minutes of eating I started with terrible diarrhoea while still at the restaurant. Thought not much of it but had to visit the toilet another few times. It wasn’t till later that evening one of the others who was with us said they had had the same, so we realised it must of been the food at Table Table. We are not from the same household so nothing passed on there. So complained to Whitbread, expecting a refund, got told they’d investigated the restaurant, found nothing wrong, no one else had complained and we didn’t have food poisoning from them. Very patronising, awful customer service and no refund given. Will avoid all Whitbread establishments in future.

Stayed at Priemier Inn at Rubery West Midlands.... We are here on business for 2 days. Dan check us in took over 20mins so not off to greatest start police were also here dealing with guests in a room so that might of told us what we were in for over the next 2 days. We were then allocated room 7 on the lower floor, (asked for and know this is only a request, I get that totally) for a quiet upper room floor all the years we have used priemier Inn they are very helpful and understanding as we are working often 24/7 so need sleep at all times of day and night hence request, what is the point of asking customers on the on line booking form business or pleasure via your website. If you do not view your resversations little point on asking the question. Dan the receptionist did not seem to have a clue on the booking took ages to check in over 20 mintues, by this time other guests had arrived and a were behind me to check in. This was now around 15.30 Dan kindly placed us in room 7 right outside pub back entrance where we saw it was a beer garden and tables outside our hearts sunk a little as it was a hot day and already busy, so the view of people right outside your window smoking drinkng along with the noise was quite off putting. Its fine people having fun at the pub I get all that Im no kill joy, but we had no privacy at all I had people right outside bedroom window smoking chatting laughing again as it should be, but felt we were over looked throughout our stay. I feel this area should clearly be fenced off from the pub garden. We had people sitting at tables right outside our room so when changing had to close curtains not great at all. Why do you not STATE ON YOUR WEBSITE SOME LOWER ROOMS LOOK ONTO A BUSY PUB GARDEN AND YOU WILL EXPERIENCE NOISE DRINKING & SMOKE, If I had known this in advance I would never have booked this hotel in the first place, its very misleading. Guests should not have noise and smoke going into room until after 23.00 at night and throughout the day when trying to work. Dan the receptionist placed us by connecting corridor door and right opposite the pub garden so you smelt the smoke and heard all the noise all day and until 23.00 at night. Dan even said it was a quiet room (lol) Dan you just allocated the room as next in line without lookingat all I feel and you could not be bothered to move us even when asked at 15.35 and again at 15.45 which you could of done before hotel got busy but you shrugged your shoulders and didnt help thats fine did not get angry at all no point as not that sort of person, just disappointed, but poor customer service why not give a reason as to not moving us ? nothing from Dan at all well never mind, thats life often when dealing with the public maybe I should try that in my profession. I went again to make my dissafaction very clear arriving at 15.55 and to give my car details as Dan never took these when he checked us in. I said to Dan still calm throughout that I would take this further he did not make a note of any kind on this and did not seem to log it which again is fine shows someone who didnt really care at all. I have what I need to take this further. A small claims court is the way forward as no point in writing to Whitbread as usually no reply or a standard sorry response which in this case wont work or wash. We stay and spend a great deal of money with Priemier Inns throughout a year and to be fair have always had great service and stays over the years in the hotels we use often. We usually choose the same hotels as they are near work and easy access but could not book for the days and duration this time hence why we booked this hotel that was a big mistake on our part. I hate smoke at the best of time so we should not have to breath in secondary smoke and have to keep windows shut and fans on during height of summer, thanks again Dan you do an amazing job on the front desk. This stay was truly awful 😞

Ate out at the Bowling Green Weeley Essex today with the family for Fathers Day.
The food and staff are fantastic great Carvery and such value for money Been here several times and cannot fault it

We went to the sub mariner for my granddaughters 6th birthday
I have to say, the effort that the staff went to was above and beyond. They put banners up and balloons. Thankyou Jenny and Leanne. Food was fab too

Superb customer service on my sons 10th birthday. Food was amazing, staff couldn't do enough to make the experience a susscess for harry and his friends.at the harmer hill bridgewater arms, Shrewsbury

Awful penny pinching company.
Will not use any of their restaurants again or stay at their Premier Inn which we did a lot.

Went to the Carclaze in St Austell, Cornwall. The food we ordered came in good time and was very tasty. The person serving us was called Tegan. She was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. A real asset to your company. Will definitely go again.

Visited the Hobbs boat in Lympsham near Taunton on a business trip, well what a lovely experience lady who looked after me was absolutely fantastic, a real credit to Whitbread inns so cheerful and attentive, I have no hesitation other than recommending Hobbs Boat, and the food was also good and well priced. Well done

I went with my nan and grandad for lunch at the brigewater arms, Harmer hill for lunch today the food and service were first class and the waiter was very pleasant. we will definitely go here again.

The Globe Highcliffe.
Roast lunch was really good apart from Brussels being a bit undercooked. Very good value and our waitress Carolin was excellent. Would definitely book again

They have offered housekeeping job wasted my time and money for travel as once i went i was told they do not offer the job and company is lying about jobs . Total waste of time and money

I have tried to contact Whitbred for over six months by email and phone. You get a auto respond mail saying someone will contact you, which they never do and nobody ever answers a phone call. I would expect more fro such a company. Will try mailing the CEO

The Beeches in Wrexham.
Excellent food with good choice, despite arriving after 5 pm on a Sunday, - (although the roast dinners had all gone, which was a disappointment.), - and top, friendly service by Aiden. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him. Definitely go back.
