Excellent service from start to finish. The appointment happened as planned and the communication from booking to the day was excellent. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable of the oven.

Hotpoint were very flexible around appt times which was good, chatbot was a disaster so ended up queueing to talk to someone, once it was all sorted the repair went well, very prompt, polite and speedy.

Product repair
The engineers are polite and had product knowledge of what needed to be repaired. They had come and started the repair. All is good with the repair and the product is working again.

Excellent service. Kept informed from booking my service repairs to ten minutes ahead of engineer arrival Engineer was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Quickly identified the fault which was promptly fixed, new part replaced on the day. Great first experience with the repair service.
