Great to deal with and good communication
Out of the several email I sent regarding a price match for a Spray Gun product and Simon was the one of the 2 replies I received and quickly. He was fair in his information and I ended up purchasing for them. All communication was quickly responded too and received the product with the requested timeframe. Thank you guys much appreciated.

Customer service WORKS
I have made a few orders lately and everything arrives promptly as expected. Only on my last order did I experience a delay related to "Shadow Stock". I waited the 5 days and requested an update. A prompt response was received which I am grateful for and after further discussion with Steve White, my shipment is on its way. Moral of the story, be patient, be kind because it feels like Wheelspin models will try to move heaven and earth if they even get a hint that you are not a happy shopper. Many thanks for 10/10 service. Top marks & many thanks to Steve for being so patient with me.

Amazing place
Amazing place. I Brought my son his first RC car 2 weeks ago then back the week after to buy my first RC monster truck!! Andy was really helpful and had all the time in the world for us. The rest of the staff are all so helpful which is really pleasing. Top place, top guys. 👌🏽

Steve’s knowledge was outstanding with my car not only knowing what was wrong but also what I could do to make better.
