Extremely helpful and friendly staff (steve) was so patient and answered all my son's questions (the right scale/ lights/ rough terrain etc)and found him the perfect rc car that he was looking for!!!

I bought a rc crawler which usully costs around 100 euros for 130 to deliver it to Ireland..And now I GOT to pay extra 30 for customs...First time I see the shop who Doesn't even say to you that you will have additional charges...Would never buy the l thing for 160.

The webpage is easy to use, delivery is always quick and on time. The delivery service text me the dates of delivery. When I had a query Wheelspin dealt with the matter swiftly and ensure it was resolved.

EDIT: One of the managers personally called me to apologise for the way in which this was handled. Technically the CS staff were following company policies but those policies are now in review to prevent this level of customer service from happening again. Items have been resent on a tracked 24 service. Still not quite a 5 star experience but no longer deserve the original 1 star I gave.

Original: Placed an order 11 days ago and have still not received. I expected a small delay due to the bank holiday but this is ridiculous. Customer services did not answer the phone and eventually got a response on WhatsApp stating I have to wait 15 working days before they can do anything! Just wanted to get my son’s RC car fixed to enjoy during half term.

The item is blatantly lost! All I want is to resend but an absolute shambles of an experience.

Great helpful company, have loads in stock and always deliver quality.

I was charged for a next day delivery for an order that arrived 4 days later, the response I received from the company stated they do not guarantee next day delivery. Avoid this company.
