Really good service quick and easy helpful

I went in and paid £4500, in cash, for a 64 plate vauxhall and was then charged another £79 for a pre delivery inspection. They then tried to push about 6 different warranty services which I refused point blank but was still given paperwork. I was told the car would be ready in 10 days because they were so busy which I accepted as part of car buying. I rang 10 days later and was told by Ben my car wasn't ready so I asked why and was told "it's not an exact science ya know". I was supposed to get a call later that day but no call arrived and when someone did get in touch on day 11 I was told "I see you rang and I'm sorry I didn't get back to you". I was then promised an update by phone within 24 hours, no call arrived today so I don't know if my car is available for the weekend when I need to pick up my kids from their mum's place. I made Ben (sales) aware of this but never so much as heard one word of apology in the initial call, all I get is "we're so busy" and "we're under pressure",
I wouldn't buy a car from this company again if they were the only place with cars for sale, I would rather walk than give them my money and I can guarantee that if my new car (if I ever see it) has any problems it get's delivered back to their garage. They are useless. All I wanted was to buy a car and pick it up a few days later with no hassles and I certainly didn't get that from Wheelers. I've insured my new car based on what I was told, I have sorn'ed my old car based on what I was told and I've been let down badly and they can't be bothered to let me know what's happening.

Went to see a van there and thought it was good for the cost, went to see Ben the sales man and I have never met such a rude, ignorant and less helpful guy in the world. I will not be going back and if it was the best car I see no way would I buy from this guy. Dont know if its a bad day but wouldnt think they would get many return with his attitude. Keep away from him.

Saw a car that I wanted on the web. Quick call and the car was reserved. 4 days later went and saw it in excellent condition with just a few things needed sorting. That was me being very particular. Week later the car was ready. All issues resolved. There was NO hard sell from Chris in sales. Even gave me a better deal than all those web sites for my one one. For me a great service.

Saw a car I was interested in, used their online form to enquire and no response. Then emailed them and again no response - it’s been a week!

I see the car is now sold, but they couldn’t even be bothered to advise me of this either. Not impressed - it’s seems customer service is not important

I purchase a car from them and part of the deal was to service the car and change the tyres included into the price.
They put cheapest tyres possible and they even wasn't installed as it should. No balance or wheel aligment. The car turns by itself of the motorway.
Avoid them on all cost.
