a very relaxed and friendly environment. we knew what vehicle we were looking for, a peugeot traveller which they had in stock. harry offered drinks while we did the paperwork which didn't take long. also told turnaround would be four weeks and i think we had a call in three. thank you.

Super attentive service. Clear and honest communication. Would recommend to others. The vehicle is sound.

I needed to replace my car in shortest time, I was advised by a neighbour to check out wheeler's in Chipping Norton,went there on the Monday, by Tuesday I took a test drive, by week 2 I took away my Volvo!
Excellent service from start to finish.

I don’t honestly often do this battering someone on trustpilot but this was the epitome of the used car industry…All poor in terms of first impressions. Went this morning to have a look at a car and met with such a nonchalant uninterested salesman… Was genuinely interested in parting with good money but left feeling like I was more on inconvenience than a customer.. Suggested I would call back to organise a test drive and the salesman who will remain unnamed…looked at me as If I was from another planet. Avoid any business that has zero customer focused service..Note to said salesman: Maybe put your mobile phone down when a potential customer is trying to discuss a vehicle with you… Having read some of the other messages on here, it seems I have seriously dodged a bullet…

What went right? One thing the new steering wheel. Apart from that we had to wait 4 weeks using a hire car because the car had an extensive check and all defects supposedly rectified. Once we had the truck home both gas struts to the boot were faulty causing a really dangerous unstable boot lid. New struts were supplied some weeks later for us to got ourselves! The glasses case didn’t close and we fixed that ourselves. The paint work scratches touch ups were sub standard, the new tires on the front didn’t match the back, the air conditioning doesn’t work and the service light came on. When I try to contact after sales I get a vague reply or I am totally ignored ! Not happy at all with this dealership.

Really relaxing retail experience. Left us with the vehicle and keys after offering coffees and left us to it. Chose our vehicle, and we're realistic about handover in a busy period. Completed the snagging list and other items they found at no cost. Car was taxed and MOT'd ready to go. Call out to Amber who is efficient and professional. Thankyou

Overall great service. Purchased my last 4 cars from this dealership. Always been updated throughout the sale. 100% would recommend.

Worst customer service you will ever experience. I don’t think they know the meaning of the words. Purchased a VW Transporter, which looked ok. Upon washing the vehicle for the first time found the vehicle had dents and rust within it, which if it had been through there workshop, as they maintain, would have been picked up on these issues. And the Cil Barr was all bent and distorted. Contacted customer service, who would never give his name, told me it was cosmetic, and didn’t want to know. Threatened to take it further, and they washed their hands of it, and passed it straight over to a solicitor. They obviously have these people on stand by as Iam sure they have many issues that once they have been paid are not interested any further.
Worst company to deal with ever, very arrogant and do not care.
I always maintain you can tell how good a business is when you have a problem, and how they handle it.
These do not care
STAY WELL AWAY and do not part with your money until you have been over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb. There are plenty of more reliable dealers around.

Inquired about a van for three days, left details with receptionist for a call back and nobody called me back.
Rang again on Saturday afternoon and got straight through to a sales person called Amber, I tried to express my dissatisfaction about the poor service and lack of communication, only to be interrupted by her utter rudeness saying well I'm here now how can I help you in a very abrupt and caustic manner.
Obviously I ended the call, so glad I didn't end up doing any business with them.
Have since read similar reviews.

Very smooth transaction and a very fair trade in price on my A6. This was mainly down to the efficiency of Amber who sorted all the paperwork and arranged delivery on the day agreed. I would go to Wheelers next time I want to change my car.

After being told 2 weeks for pick up waited over 5 weeks , car wasnt cleaned inside properly and very poor outside clean . After few months the car has started makes creaking noises from front wheel and my exhaust has fell off and only done 3,000 miles since I got it they have told me that the exhaust can corrode sat on your drive and wasn’t like that when they checked it . Didn’t want to help me and haven’t phone me back when they said they would . Wouldn’t trust them or recommend them now .

Amber was helpful lovely, I love my Vauxhall mokka and would definitely recommend wheelers, I know when it’s time to change my car my first port of call will be wheelers

I am delighted with my up! and I want to say a big 'thank you' to Ben and to Wheelers for the excellent service, from my initial telephone enquiry to collecting my car a fortnight later. On collection, Ben had all the completed documentation ready so that all I had to do was sign and make the payment! The car was immaculate both inside and out, all checks having been accomplished. Ben even adjusted the driver's seat correctly for me and ensured the lights were switched on. The company is highly recommended. Thanks again!

Having lived abroad for 15 years I wasn't sure about how the law might have changed regarding buying cars, tax etc. Ben was extremely helpful as I looked to buy an English right hand drive. He was extremely professional and well-organised. What I thought might be a difficult and protracted process was in fact expedited efficiently.

Excellent customer service, no pressure selling, Amber was a pleasure to do business with.
On collection day I was pleasantly surprised to find they had fitted 4 new tyres, front disc and pads as well as a years road tax.
We required a tow bar to be fitted, which they happily arranged and ensured was done prior to our chosen collection date.

When I saw the van, it was just as advertised and had been cleaned well. They were very busy, which meant I had to wait a bit, but there’s nothing to complain about. Everyone was helpful, and I would definitely consider purchasing from them again

Excellent Service - No hard sell we arrived and the Van was ready for us to test drive. Was told at the start it's normally a few weeks turnaround as the van would be serviced & MOT and any issues fixed. Picked up the Vauxhall Vivaro and it had been valeted so well.
No complaints so far. Dealt with Tommy a.point of sale really nice guy and Ben for pickup again really nice guy.
