Purchased our Discovery Sport from Amber a couple of weeks ago having part exchanged our Mitsubishi. The whole process was smooth and stress free from start to finish and picked our new car up just two weeks after deciding to purchase. The whole process was so quick and easy. This is actually our second time purchasing a car from Wheelers and would not hesitate going back a third time. Fantastic cars, value for money and a pleasant experience dealing with staff!

Buying my car was an easy experience, I dealt with Amber Rudd who was brilliant with replying to all my questions, sending me a video of the car so I knew I was making the right choice, delivered to my house, very happy with the service and would buy from them again!

I bought a ford ranger from wheelers had a couple of issues with it. As I’m more than a couple of hours away they sorted through my local garage. Andy and Shane have been amazing in sorting the issues. Could not fault them. Amazing service.

I bought a jaguar from wheelers from actually seeing the car to owning it I found the experience with dealing with the company excellent from the sales girl amber who was very helpful and make the sell so easy no pushyness no hard sell to the chaps who delivered my car who where very polite and professional I would definitely recommend this firm and if I ever had to buy a new car again I would be looking there first

Really great service and prices from the team here, it only seems to be 2 full time workers and some part time helpers but they do their best to get sorted.

Had some admin issues that were completely my fault but Ben was great in helping me sort those out.

Dealing with amber is certainly a pleasure- super efficient, no nonsense combined with all necessary knowledge to complete my purchase. the car is exactly as promised.

Ben made my car purchase extremely straightforward, the paperwork was completed for me, and the car very well sorted for MOT etc through their workshop. I have used Wheelers for car purchase and servicing for many years and will continue to do so.

Recently bought a car from Wheelers and had an overwhelmingly positive experience all round. The car was brought up to a good standard before handover, including an MOT, wheel refurb, and partial service, which were both nice touches. Ben, the salesman, was very helpful throughout the process and maintained contact despite being OOO for part of the time. While there have been no issues since collecting the air, I feel that Wheelers would go the extra mile to rectify any issues within the warranty period.

Wheelers had a great range of cars but I only went to see one in particular. Glad I did - Ben was excellent and looked after my needs. Very smooth administrative process. The only minor element was being told the car would make 3-4 weeks to be prepared due to a backlog in their garage. Luckily for us the car was worth waiting for and only took 2 weeks in the end.

We purchased a car from Wheeler in October 2023 and at that time I was pretty happy with everything. After the paint on the front fender has peeled off in the wind and other auto shops have noted that it was clearly poorly painted without proper (or any) priming, I realized my experience was actually pretty poor, as my car was likely in some sort of accident that was 1) never declared to me or 2) wheeler doesn’t have the basic expertise to identify that there was overspray on the headlight and seals that were painted over. There’s no other options and neither is good for Wheelers. Instead they claim that they didn’t know and won’t do anything and claim that “environmental conditions” may have contributed (to an unprimed, improper paint job that other body shops immediately recognized)

In my opinion, this is the worst type of auto dealership. Do not trust anything about this company and do not buy a car from them.

Amazing service from Amber, after ringing to enquiring about a certain car and travelling to the garage the car had been ready waiting for us to test drive.
Very happy with the service provided here and none of the crap you get from main stream garages trying to add silly extra’s onto the cost of the car.
In and out within one hour and excited to go back and pick our new car up.

We bought our car from Wheelers last week. Their sales lady, Amber, was brilliant. She patiently walked us through the process, arranged finance for us, and had the car delivered in less than a week. Amazing! Thank you, Amber, and thank you, Wheelers.:)

Ryan was brilliant from start to finish. I looked at a couple of cars in the morning and with no pressure or hard sell had made my choice that afternoon after my husband came back with me to do a test drive. This will be the 5th car I have purchased from wheelers over the past 12 years. They have always looked after us well.

Bought a truck that doesn't work. Initially promised turn around in delivery of vehicle would be two weeks, waited for four weeks when they finally pulled their finger out after calling and emailing every single day.

Had to pick truck up as they couldn't deliver for a while, truck delivered and won't corner, sent various emails to see what can be done about rectifying the issue and no response.

They are clearly understaffed and it rubs off very poorly on end customers, would distinctly avoid.

Bought a VW Golf from Wheelers. Excellent service from Ben and the team. Pricing was very fair too. All round I would highly recommend Wheelers for a very efficient and straight service.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Dealt with the wonderful Ryan who couldn’t do enough to help me from the moment I stepped onto the forecourt. Would highly recommend.
