They have a phoneline that someone answers and you dont have to wait 40 mins arawn was a great help and bike turned up on time spot on five star service

Have been a customer of Wheelbase for many years but in particular the last six years. Purchased 3 bikes and multiple components accessories & clothing. In terms of mechanical service absolutely first class and in terms of product offering it’s always been very good but continues to get better every year. Overall service and friendly staff has always been the shops stand out attribute in my view. What more can I say other than highly recommended in all aspects!

Excellent customer service and a great job fixing my bike. They charged me £89, the fist bike shop I took it to quoted me £350!!

Easy to order off the website. However, I chose to pick up in store (Staveley) but the order was delivered directly to me including the security tag (which I had to snip off with wire cutters)

First time using Wheelbase, placed an order for 2 x Changing Robes, great price and arrived next day!

Hats off to the staff at wheelbase , we waited a bit of a while for the bike but the staff kept chasing the order and updating as and when needed , picked up the whyte e180 tax today and we’re over the moon. Thanks everyone and hopefully the after service is as sweet !!!

On cycle to work scheme. All went smoothly. Bike is great. And deliverd when they said it would.

Bike arrived in perfect condition- had great instructions as to how to finish the final assembly bits
Also great with communication and were very patient with waiting for my cycle to work scheme voucher to be processed

Experience in shop very good and responsive to my specific issues and questions. Very pleased with e-bike purchased. I refused first delivery due to damage to the box, presumably caused during transit. Wheelbase responded professionally and dispatched replacement quickly.
