Stella was so lovely and chatty, made me feel super comfortable and less like a medical experience! Procedure was super quick and easy - best smear I’ve ever had. I hope she had a lovely holiday!

She asked the right questions and it felt like she actually understood what I was worried about. She was also really welcoming and easy to talk to, which made a big difference. There is a real issue with timekeeping with seeing this nurse. I was waiting for 50 minutes. Not ideal with a small baby in a space with other sick people and children. It’s not been a one off as well. Otherwise experience was fine but some more awareness around time and patients would be helpful. As a new mum I make a new effort to be punctual while working around my baby’s routine. 5/10 minutes delays are fine. 50 minutes is not.

Doctor sent feedback form to evaluate his performance. So one star because we have never spoken and they marked the appointment as completed.
