My experience was excellent. Stella was incredibly kind, friendly and put me at ease very quickly. The process was quick without feeling rushed and she made me feel very comfortable. I enjoyed her humour and she was very informative and helpful.

I had a really good experience with my GP. She listened properly to what I was saying and didn’t make me feel rushed. She asked the right questions and it felt like she actually understood what I was worried about. She was also really welcoming and easy to talk to, which made a big difference. I left feeling a lot more reassured.

There is a real issue with timekeeping with seeing this nurse. I was waiting for 50 minutes. Not ideal with a small baby in a space with other sick people and children. It’s not been a one off as well. Otherwise experience was fine but some more awareness around time and patients would be helpful. As a new mum I make a new effort to be punctual while working around my baby’s routine. 5/10 minutes delays are fine. 50 minutes is not.

Doctor sent feedback form to evaluate his performance. So one star because we have never spoken and they marked the appointment as completed.

Great Doctor Angelica. Very professional high level of people skills, very respectful and professional. Very intuned to patients' needs and have a good level of understanding for patients' care and the support they need.
