If you do not want to suffer at the side of the roads do not work with these people. They do not honour their commitments.
Had accident at 12:45 and called them.
Was booked for a 15:20 road side tow truck service at 13:13. They did not keep their word and did not come at 15:20 said will be coming in 45-50 min. They did not keep this booking as well, and said will be there by 18:00. They did not keep their word again and said it will be by another 30 min. I called at 18:42 and was told again another 40min.they didn't come again. Last time driver called at 19:22 and said will be coming at 20:00.

What you need to know about a transportation of your car over 100 miles. Mine needs to be moved 101 miles, so they collected it on a friday morning (after leaving me waiting for over 8 hours the day before) They told me "due to the fact it's over 100 miles, it'll need to go to a hub before it's moved on to the garage" What i didn't know is that it will take a week!!! I could have pushed it there faster.

Westbourne motors do not complete thorough checks on cars before they diagnose the problem. My car was overheating and they did not check for a head gasket failure. Instead they replaced the water pump and thermostat, charged me £480 and said it was fixed. The car continued to overheat because the head gasket had failed. If that had been checked first then I would not be £480 out of pocket. My car is a write off and I’m furious. I would not use this company again, I have zero faith in their ability to be decent mechanics/human beings!

We were recently rescued by Westbourne Motoring Assistance and can highly recommend them. Our family have a huge sense of gratitude to the team, they helped us with a sense of urgency. The driver Jervon (Rec 139) was a true professional. He arrived in a extremely timely manner, got on with the task of loading the car whilst simultaneously making us all feel as ease. Throughout the proceeding rescue journey the driver was kind, considerate and reassuring. I cant say enough good things to be fair. Anyway, dont hesitate to call them. Excellent company. Top marks to Jervon!

Called Greenflag re flat tyre. Westbourne motors were sub contractors. Came very quickly. Excellent service from Bruno, who was so polite and helpful. Took me to Tyre specialist, new tyre bought, returned to my car & fitted new tyre. Could not fault them.

Showed up quickly when sub-contracted by Green flag to assist. Got car going. Quoted to replace starter motor and showed up next day and did it - considerably cheaper than our local garage.

Absolutely disgusting service. I would never use again. They have screwed me money and the guy in the control room is clearly a mysogynist as they dont give a rats bottom about woman . They have lost me money DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This company are APPALLING! My car broke down last week, 9 Feb, the RAC sub-contracted them to recover it, a journey of 61 miles to my home. As it's over 40m they say they can't do it in one trip, so the car would be relayed in two trips.
It is now over a week later and the car has still not been returned to me . I believe from the RAC its now about 35m away. I have had to chase the RAC and this company and so far they promised to deliver it 5 times and have failed to turn up or contact me.
They turn off their phone and are rude when they do answer.
I am considering reporting to the police that they have stolen my car!

I don’t normally write reviews… but if there was ever a reason to write one it would be for this company. Sent on behalf of the RAC to recover my vehicle at 9am, I received a message that there were ‘delays’ and they would be coming at 2:30 to collect the vehicle. At 2 I was contacted again to say they would be there at 4pm. At 4 I was contacted again by the driver who said he will be there between 4:30/45. I sat and waited until 5:50. I called the customer service team and it took 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone and hang up immediately. I called back and waited another 20 minutes to speak with Ellie who told me the driver had been changed and they will have to assign me a new driver. There was no communication of such change at all!!!! They then told me the new driver will arrive at 7. Ridiculous. The driver that arrived was very good which was the only positive thing I have to say. Overall would not recommend to my worst enemy

Shocking service. RAC used them to recover my vehicle. Three times they changed the recovery time, then when they finally turned up *24 hours late*, they turned up, sat there for an hour in the truck, then drove off without a word and left the car! When I phone dot complain, their phone queue was bizarre as you move up and down the queue at random (??) - when I finally got hold of someone they said the driver didn't have the key so the job was stood down and we would have to call the RAC again! We were there with the key - why didn't they ask for it?? Incompetent clowns. DO NO USE.

RAC used them to recover my car, took two complete days with empty promises and long phone calls

I was so sorry and disappointed to read some poor reviews here because I could not have received better service. I believe Justin went above and beyond. I was kept informed of the recovery process every step of the way. I even found some ansafone messages next day as my phone ran out of power during the evening. It was out of normal business hours so the vehicle was brought to my home address, the care taken for a precision unloading was more than impressive, thank you Westbourne and thank you Justin!

Very disappointed with Westbourne motors and Who Can fix my car.Paid for full service which I don’t believe i received.In the list that says what’s included it says take wheels off and check .The wheels where not taken off,brakes not checked as the next day I got them checked and was told I need new brakes.He wouldn’t stamp service book.Two days later service light came on.I emailed the garage and rang who can fix my car twice no one as got back to me .Very disappointed with both.Be careful if you use this service be careful

I don't even know where to start. Booked to replace a coil spring and rear discs and pads. Quote was good, availability was excellent. I guess I now know why.

Mobile repair showed up without an essential part which I had written to them AND called about to confirm they knew it was needed.
Next try: they had ordered the wrong part.
Next try: had the parts but suddenly decided that due to the nature of the car's suspension, the work should be completed in the workshop. A fair call but why didn't they realise this until work had begun?
Next try: car picked up and taken in. Initial estimate same day or the next, actually finished with it after five days. No courtesy car offered despite claims made by the on hold advert music robot lady that one was provided free of charge for any customer.

Speaking of being on hold: this company has the worst communication of any I've ever dealt with. At one point I got 'lost in the system' and was waiting a week for a call. Another 'call back within the hour' took three days. Had to chase and badger them for any information at all, spending ages waiting on hold, usually to be told that the job wasn't complete because they had got the part wrong again.
As part of the job I'd asked for rear discs and pads. With no consultation and despite advisory MOT items for the last five years saying that the discs were 'worn, pitted or scored', Westbourne decided not to bother with the discs and just changed the pads.

Foolishly I had also asked for them to investigate a check engine light (MOT was approaching and due to their antics I was running out of time). Westbourne stated that they couldn't fix the issue because there were multiple engine codes revealed by diagnostics and it would have been too complex to fix - they then sent me a picture showing just one code, that I was already aware of, that should simply require one replacement sensor.
To finish off, just as I thought I was rid of the unstoppable incompetence preferred by these folks, I recently booked a mobile tyre fitter from a different organisation (obviously) who was only able to change three out of four tyres because Westbourne had inappropriately over-torqued the wheelnuts on the corner they'd mostly been working on, to the point that the tyre tech literally couldn't remove the wheel.
Never ever again.

They were great for me they help with Greenflag customers like me, Lewis first then his work colleague ordered then fitted my new car battery for me I was very impressed with both Technicians thanks so much.

Great recovery service - rescheduled the recovery of my vehicle to an earlier time.

After accidentally wrecking two tyres going over a kerb I had to get the car loaded onto a recovery vehicle and taken to Kwikfit, where I had ordered replacements via the breakdown company. Here it gets complicated. There are two branches of Kwikfit close together near my incident in Clifton, Bristol. Westbourne's vehicle turned up in good time, and we set off to the Kwikfit where I thought my tyres would be. They told us the tyres were on the way, but they couldn't say when they'd arrive, or when they could fit them. As I was wondering what to do, Westbourne's driver spotted a tyre supplier's van. Questioning the driver he discovered my tyres were in the van, and if they went to the other Kwikfit they could do the job right away. My car went back onto Westbourne's vehicle, and we went to the other Kwikfit! SUCCESS! After a stressful few hours I was greatful that Westbourne went to so much trouble, and with good humour, to see the job done.

An absolutely awful company. My partner has worked for them for a few weeks but has had to leave. They treat their drivers dreadfully, so no wonder there is a high turnover of drivers. He quite often did a few hours over his 12 hour shifts, but was happy to do so to get jobs done properly, however, he would often get woken up after a few hours sleep by managers ranting and raving about things that were completely out of his control. As managers wouldn't answer the phone to him, and you couldn't call anyone in the call centre but only text (not great for a driver anyway), he was often left frustrated and angry. My partner is one of the most hardworking and loyal employees they could have got, and will work so hard for just a little bit of appreciation. He has been called a liar when actually this company and those that run it, have done nothing but mislead or lie from day one. My partner has been left completely broken and dejected by this experience. They even wanted to rip the clothes from his body as he quit today at one of the offices and left him completely stranded in the middle of nowhere. They have accused him of all sorts...for example not getting paperwork filled out by a customer that he knew nothing about and now they want to charge him for a failed delivery. Is this the way to gain trust and loyalty from new staff. If they do pursue this payment, have no fear that I will be seeking legal advice. If you are seeking employment from this company...walk away!
