Absolutely couldn’t fault ‘We Buy Tek’! I did my research and mainly used them because of the reviews although I think on the whole, they also gave me the best offer for my IPhone 14! I requested the pack to be sent to me so that I could send my phone to them securely - this arrived in a couple of days maximum! I’d made sure that I’d read the information correctly of what option to choose for the condition of my phone, that way it was less likely to be down-valued etc! I sent the phone on Saturday (30th) May, received confirmation today that my phone had been received and was in the queue to be assessed, within an hour, id received confirmation that the phone was as described and the money would be in my bank account before 6pm this evening! It actually arrived about 5 minutes after the email confirming it was all good! I received the amount quoted previously and was paid super fast too! Thanks so much, really impressed and already told colleagues and friends about your company!!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!
Wow. What exceptional service.
First of all, WBT offered me almost triple what I’ve been quoted by other companies for my iPhone 13 Pro Max, which had a cracked screen (hairline crack) and the battery health was at 78%.
The prepaid packaging and label arrived within 2 working days and the packing was very convenient, easy instructions to follow with removing all your information from your device so it’s ready to send.
I dropped my device to the post office on Friday evening, it was sent Saturday.
Here we are on Monday - I had a confirmation email at 2pm today confirming that my device had been received and was in a queue for the device to be tested.
3:45pm I receive another email confirming the testing is complete, confirming I would receive the full payment.
4:15pm- confirmation that the payment was raised and sure enough, the money had reached my account!
Absolutely exceptional service! I’ve never heard of this company prior to looking on a comparison site recently… but I am SO glad I found them!
I highly recommend this company and I will certainly use them again in the future, and I will absolutely be recommending this service / company to others.

As with all of these type of services we were offered different rates to what quoted when the phones were inspected even though I had described the phones correctly. We did explain the reason for the revaluation following our inspection of the device. During testing, we found that a lock/account was still attached to the phone (such as an iCloud, Apple ID, or Samsung account), which affects the device's usability and resale value and therefore requires a revised offer.
Regarding the £10 return fee, this is clearly stated on our website and covers the cost of securely returning devices that cannot be processed as originally quoted due to account locks or similar issues.
We always aim to be transparent throughout the process and provide detailed explanations whenever a revaluation is necessary.

WeBuyTek sent me a message today notifying me that they had received the phone and checks are getting done. 2 hours later money was in the bank. Can’t fault these guys.
