i was at i12 Katong outlet to purchase my test kit on 24 Dec 2023. i was well served by Harinraj at the cashier when he approach me if i'm interested to sign up for Watson member & he even guided me through the App step by step too. Thank you Harinraj for your excellence service & help 👍👍👍

Watson cancelled my online order without giving any reason in the email notification. I have to use the enquiry option to request for a credit card refund and reinstatement of the promo code and member points used in the cancelled order, thinking that I can use them for quick repurchase. The customer service replied that I can use the evoucher upon checkout. I thought that this is the promo code reinstated in another form. So I login to the app and realized that they have refunded my payment in the form of an evoucher. However, I am unable to use the evoucher for my repurchase as the payment will be higher now without the promo code and member points. In the first place, I made the purchase because of the promo code Watson sent to me and the product is on discount, thinking that I can save some money. Instead, it is the beginning of a horrible experience. I then replied the email to ask for the reinstatement of the promo code and member points at least so that I can make a repurchase. The reply came to say that the reinstatement of the promo code is subject to the approval of the management and the process will take 2 to 3 weeks without mentioning anything on the member points. What a joke! I am a member and I’m entitled to the promo code and hard earned points. Watson is the one to cancel my order and now refuse to return my money, promo code and points. What a disgrace! Watson is such a big organization but has to resort to this tactic to retain customers’ hard earned money and their system is so lousy that in the year 2023, it needs 2 to 3 weeks to decide whether to approve to return a promo code to a customer. This is a birthday promo code, it is supposed to give the customers a happy shopping experience on their birthday enjoying discounts by using the promo code but it ends up giving this customer a horrible online shopping experience as a birthday present. Thank you Watson! Please make a fund to my credit card immediately. You may keep your promo code and the points and cancel my membership! I would rather buy from Venus, which is cheaper too!

I was at Watsons Funan & had paid for 2 packs of fish oils. Whilst leaving, I saw another packaging of the same brand and asked staff Xiang Yun if I could change. She pleasantly said can and helped to do refund & new payment. Throughout she was smiling & very polite. THANK YOU to Xiang Yun for her excellent service & fantastic attitude!!

I purchase 9items online, only 5were delivered. It was a bad experience with Watson for afew reasons:
I am not keen in the evoucher since Watsons does not have the item
I want, I wish to have the refund to the credit card I use to pay so that
I can purchase elsewhere. It’s really quite frustrating,
1. Watsons don’t inform of the oos and refund until I emailed in
2. When items are oos, its only business Sense to update your inventory
3. When refund is done, it should be refunded to the mode we use to pay. Giving us An evoucher is literally “forcing” us to purchase from Watsons which I am not keen to do so in future.

I hope Watsons get to see this review.

Bad customer service. Please provide training service to the employees, they need to improve their attitude at least.

i like shopping at westmall watsons staff r all freindly and accomodating. the store very tidy as well.

Promoters at Watson Nex Serangoon have very bad attitude.I ask one of them about finding me an acne cream as I am in a hurry then she replied me with a grumpy voice,It's at skin care ! And with an unhappy face.It was an unpleasant experience as I am a regular customer at Watson.Watson please educate your promoters to be well mannered next time or else no one will buy your products from them.Very disappointed.

I would like to compliment especially the Clementi Mall employee named Gabriel whose work attitude really touches me. On Sunday,10 Sept 2023, at about 12.15pm,I purchased 2 lots of '1 for 1' humidifiers.
I requested for a store worker to help me carry the extremely heavy load of humidifiers to my car. When Gabriel who happened to come by, saw me in distress,he immediately offered to help me. As I did not intend to purchase humidifiers that day, I did not park my car in the basement carpark. My car was parked very far away in the open carpark near where UOB is.Gabriel patiently walked the distance carrying my load.He even advised me not to hurry in my walking,in case I fall.Watsons is indeed very priviledged to employ Gabriel who shows such exceptionally work performance.Keep it up,Gabriel!

Customer service is horrible. Delivery is not on time. Suppose to be within 3 hrs and now it has been a day past and no delivery has been made yet. And customer service said they will cancel the order due to their own fault of not delivering the order?? And refund via of e vouchers to be used within 5 to 7 working days to purchase from them. Or collect from the mall. First, we chose home delivery for a reason. And if they cannot fulfil the order they should refund back to my cc and not e voucher. I did not pay to get an e voucher. They have zero customer service and don't care about fulfilling their promise to customers. I cannot believe that watson has such bad customer service.

I would like to commend Pharmacist, Ms Grace Kng Li Lin, of the United Square Watson branch. On May 27, 2023, my husband and I went to her counter, asking for a remedy for rashes. She realised my husband did not have normal rashes. Being professional, she did not diagnose him but she patiently researched on a couple of clinics nearby that we could go to. It was a Sat night so few were open. But Ms Grace found us a few, and directed us there. My husband was diagnosed with shingles and because of Ms Grace’s kind and sincere help, he was speedily put on medication and he speedily recovered. I did not find out her name then. I was in too much of a panic. However, today, I bumped into her and got her name. She is an increasingly rare medical professional who was humane and sincere. Please send her my deep appreciation.

I would like to compliment one of your beautiful staff, Shairah. Thank you for being patience when serving me & my husband.. She explained everything in details. Thank you for recommending me the best cosmetics and teach me the real techniques to use. And i overheard she speaks fluent chinese to another customer. Such a multi racial lady. Keep it up Shairah! Will come back and look for u! :)

I visited Watson outlet at PLQ today,21/7/23 at 2.15pm. I saw the cashier was serving one customer. So I stood at the side of the counter to wait for the cashier as I needed help. . I was looking at my Hp. I did not say a single word to the cashier while waiting.
The cashier saw me and said “I only one person here ok, u want to ask for price go and find others to help”.
I kept quiet for a few minutes and said, “ I just want to know if you have this product.”
She did not look at me and ignored me totally.
I felt that she was very rude and walk away.
1. I did not interrupt her while she was serving the customer. How can she talk to me this way. Trying to chase me out of her sight.
2. She talk to me rudely.
3. She did not wear a name tag. I can’t provide her name.
Is this Watson customer service standard?

I went to Bishan street 22 outlet on 15/7/23 11am. Trying Anessa All in One product sample, store Staff suddenly told me to stop to try applying..how ridiculous. The staff name- Arik?? This is trying sample. If no applying on skin where to put?? I'm planning to buy for this product. This is kind of service from Watson Staff. Give up to put sample in the store!

Very bad experience with counter customer service staff over an item purchased and bad attitude from the staff, Amisha, at Heartland mall. Very bad attitude from her and being rude to customers. Didn't solve the issue and blamed the customer for the faults. Management to look into such bad attitude staff.

Horrible horrible online shopping experience with Watsons. I booked a delivery slot, and despite me being home during all hours of the delivery slot, I did not receive my parcel!! When I followed up with the live chat, the staff informed me that I’ll receive it the next day. But guess what. I DIDN’T. When I followed up again using the stupid live chat, another staff told me that I will receive it within up to 3 business days. SO WHAT’S THE POINT OF HAVING DELIVERY SLOTS?????????? Watsons is breaking the law and not delivering goods as promised. Extremely angry, I’ve spent more than $150 for goods that have not been delivered to the promised timeframe, TWICE.

I purchased the gel liner that was on sale thinking it was $12 / piece. But to my surprise when I was at the counter they said you pay the same for two pieces. Of course I would take two. However when I opened the package these products have become so old and brittle. And only made my bathroom counter stained that’s hard to remove as they fell as small blobs. Why do you even give these when it’s expired. I always thought Watsons is a reasonable yet a quality conscious business. This is highly disappointing. Next time I urge everyone not to buy their make up series if on sale.

Do not buy Watsons body weighing scale. Do not buy any products marked as "Watsons Brand". Do not buy any products from their online store. If they delivered defective products to you, they would not offer you a refund. They would offer to exchange with a "new" item. You would have carry the defective item (be it big or heavy) and head down to any of your selected Watson store to do the exchange. The 'new' would likely be defective again. They do not check the quality of their products before shipping them to customers. They would try their very best, be it delayed response or claimed without basis that you caused the defects, so as not to refund the money to you. Buy from other shops. They do not deserve the business.

my title says it all . im a merchandiser . I went to a few outlets per day. And today , upon payment , theres this Indian Lady mending the cashier . Upon payment , her voice was sooo POLITE & SWEET asking me making payment by cash or card . After I inform her that the top shelf is already being setup , out of sudden within a few secs , her body language , her voice changed . Its like a a few secs of good customer service. I find that MOST of your Watsons staff are just totally rude & lack of basic courtesy towards us vendors . May I know whats the reason ? Eventhough we vendors communicate with them in a polite & nice way . We will get a side eyed response , or they will frowned their faces , or even reply to us in a SARCASTIC manner . DO TEACH THEM ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT ONLY APPLIES TO EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS , BUT TO INTERNAL CUSTOMERS AS WELL . I KNOW YOUR STAFF ARE 24/7 BUSY WITH STOCKS . BUT THAT DOESNT MEAN YOUR STAFF HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE RUDE TO VENDORS .

That day I went to Watson at Paya Lebar Mall. The person called Roy Ng , he is good and helpful . I asked him to show me this item. He is familiar bout all items. I am happy that he serve good service.

Went to Bugis Watsons to buy a shampoo. Encountered excellent customer service when attended to by Huda . She was meticulous to help me check pricing, and was also very patient in spite of the crowds. Thank you for providing a very pleasant shopping experience.
