I'm being informed only after a week that my order will be delayed when the least I should have been provided was a clearer ETA. I always come back to you for my essentials but standards have gone down, first, where I only come to realise you have removed the delivery slot selection only at the checkout page, which was disappointing but yet I went ahead knowing past deliveries were never late. And second, if there was a change in your delivery provider, know that this has caused a lot of unhappiness when standards should be getting better and not going backwards.
You guys push so much notifications to get customers to buy, yet you are falling way behind in delivery, which is really an unprofessional initiative to sell. This has totally defeated my purpose of purchasing from you.
More so, another order I placed on 1st March (before I got any emails about delayed deliveries), is still in the status of "packing" till date; 13th March. I simply cannot comprehend packing taking 2 weeks when push notifications are still ongoing so agressively to get more sales.

It's absurdly disappointing to have to be addressed by the wrong name! Copying pasting is super easy and clearly you're not being genuine with your responses here which is for everyone to see.

Before the change, we are able to assign the delivery slots that we prefer and the delivery was on time. However, I've come to know that the system changed but keeping in mind how the delivery was on time previously, I still placed my order on 19th Feb 2025. I feel weird that I haven't received the order and contacting them just got me the same formatted reply with no help. Only until today when I checked trustpilot's review, this issue has been since last month... If only I saw the reviews, I wouldn't buy online with them. Wasted my time, better just walk in or just buy at Guardians.

I have ordered 5 boxes of the same product collagen on the 9th Feb 2025 and now revived information that it will be delivered on the 27th Feb. It is unacceptable to process such a simple order for almost 20 days...within Singapore such a small country. I will never order from this shop again.

No updates since then. Just nothing has happened. I messaged to them via the form on the web site, the reply was: check your inbox.
Are you serious? This is how you treat clients? I spent my money, haven’t received anything and not sure that will receive, wasted time on feedback form and received no comment!
My truly first and the last time spending money in this store. Unprofessional service in all the aspects.

I am writing to express my concern as a member of Watsons. I truly enjoy shopping with Watsons, but I have to be honest—your delivery service is significantly slower compared to other online stores. This is not the first time I’ve faced such delivery issues, and even when I opt for self-collection at the store, the process is still quite time-consuming.
I chatted with live support in the Watson app regarding my order placed on January 30, 2025. The scheduled delivery was set for February 8, but I was informed via email that it would be delayed by 5-7 working days, meaning my item will only arrive between February 14-18. In today’s world of fast delivery, it's hard to understand such a significant delay for an order from Singapore. Even when I order internationally, I usually receive my items faster. This level of service is disappointing. While promotional codes and discounts are attractive, poor delivery service like this makes me question whether I will continue shopping online with Watsons in the future.

I placed an order with Watsons Singapore Online, and it was promised to be delivered on 7 Feb 2025. Today is 13 Feb 2025, and my order is still missing!
I have contacted customer service multiple times, yet all I get are excuses and pushed-back delivery dates instead of a real solution. This is beyond frustrating—why should I bear the consequences of your system’s failure? I have already paid for my order, and Watsons has failed to deliver on its commitment.
Singapore is a small country—how is it possible that your delivery team cannot manage demand fulfillment? Is Watsons seriously unable to handle logistics efficiently? If your system cannot guarantee timely deliveries, then why accept orders in the first place?
I expect immediate action, not more empty promises.

Appalling just appalling. I placed an online order for some basic pharmacy products. It’s been with a status of packing for two weeks. I emailed four times. I submitted an online customer service request four times. No reply or follow up to any of these measures. I tried live agent chat. It’s been 18 hours waiting for “live chat” to be responded to.
I called three Watsons stores. They have a delightfully artificial AI voice that says use live chat or go to the website then it hangs up.
Is this some bizarre dystopian customer service nightmare. It is utterly ridiculous. I checked the terms and conditions if I cancel the order online. They will either keep my money or give me online vouchers. What am I supposed to do with vouchers for an online store that DOES NOT DELIVER OR OFFER CUSTOMER SERVICE. I know that Singapore is notorious globally for poor customer service but this is an entirely new level of malevolence. I am so done I do t have time for this. Keep the $200. They should be out out of business.

stupid online shopping interface especially when having B1G1 free. when adding the product to shopping cart its already shown as 2 item added. shopping cart is also showing as b1g1 free and show as 2 quantity in the shopping bag.
however when received the item, they only delivered 1. write in to their customer service but Their stupid agent keep insisting that needed to add 2 quantity. why keep asking me to add another quantity when its already showed as 2 in the shopping cart?
seems like their customer service agent dont even know how their mobile app interface works, same goes to their website. stupid interface.

I am writing to complain of very poor service I received from Watsons Waterway Point outlet by the staff name Siti on 24 December 24.
I went to the cashier counter to make payment of EBENE Bio Heat was attended by Siti. I told her previous staff from Downtown East claim I have an $10 voucher to redeem by 31 December 2024. She asked me to scan the QR code in order to redeem the $10 voucher. When we checked on the Watsons app, there wasn’t any voucher at all. Siti totally has no patient to serve me and keep on bitting my word claim, you said you have the $10 voucher don’t have at all. She repeat 3 to 4 times and challenging me. This is the 1st time I encountered so defensive staff and poor service.
I asked her why are you keep on repeating the same things, as a consumer how do we know the Watsons rewards work. She know I have points to redeem the item, then tell me straight away.
Please refer to the CCTV camera how Siti talk to the customers in this type of manner. Staff beside her by the name’s Fir also heard the whole conversation and agreed Siti is bitting my words and challenging me.
I really hope Watsons company should look into this case and issue warning letter to her.
Siti also know my particular as a Watsons member, if any of my details are leak out. I do not hesitate to make a police report for this case.
Spoiled my day for Christmas’ eve.

Hi. Was at Watsons Northpoint, Mohamad Farid was very patient while helping me with my purchase and helping me with Watsons app issues. Although it took quite some time to settle my issue, he was always similing. He is very knowledgeable with Watsons app. I am glad that I consulted him on the Watsons app issue. That was truly a great example of excellent customer service!

I tried to send in an enquiry to their online ContactUs and the page constantly hanged. (IT issue.) When I finally managed to send in my request, I received a response considerably quickly, thankfully. (Good job for the 1st-response team.)
Problem was that my enquiry of a bulk purchase was thereafter transferred 3 times to different people. I stated my request right off the bat from the beginning. Wouldn't work have been more efficient if they could direct my request to the right person from the start?
I'll skip the whole ding-donging process in the middle, where I had to constantly repeat my request multiple times (though the previous emails were forwarded in the same thread). Really made me wonder, am I writing in English or in another language that I didn't know I have accidentally typed out?
Then, when I finally am in communication with the manager that can process my request (thank you), the two emails that she replied me was done at 1.20am (in the wee hours) and 7.30pm (in the evening). This is clearly OT hours. Is the company caring enough for the team (hiring enough for the team), or is the team being inefficient in their work? A thin line to thread on.
Overall experience just isn't exactly pleasant. There isn't a direct hotline to speak to whoever it may concern, so that we can quickly clear any miscommunication and finalise the purchase. It also doesn't help that a simple request clarification can take almost a month to settle.
My feedback is not meant to hurt or put anyone in a bad situation. But rather, being such a huge company in Singapore, that handles many necessities and daily care products essential for our local market, many people will really appreciate if the SOPs can be improved on, to make work more efficient, and to make communication a more pleasant experience.

i only discovered that the glass bottle of my supplement was broken after 3 months of the delivery when i reached out for a new bottle as i had finished my current one.
i wrote to the Watsons customer service and was told about the 7 days return & refund policy. i explained to them that the box was nicely sealed without any dent which raise no suspicion that the glass bottle within was already broken. i have been purchasing this item from Watsons for a few years and had never encountered such issue and hope that they can make an exception. Well, i was glad that they approved on an exchange with new product as one-time goodwill arrangement. i felt that i am a "valued" customer (Elite member) initially...
But, thereafter, they wrote an email saying their store and warehouse are out of stock for the mentioned item. Hence, they are checking with other relevant dept if they are able to provide Return & Refund for customer as i have received free gift from the order which they need to do further review.
i was sad, shocked and disappointed to hear that they were reconsidering on the exchange which had been agreed. i wrote to them that the mentioned "free gift" is actually a byproduct and is still unopened. i offered to return to the "free gift" to prevent revocation of the exchange agreement.
Fortunately, they agreed and i was told to return the items to the store within 4 days and they will process refund via auto generated e-Voucher in 7-9 working day thereafter.
It is my bad for not opening up every single boxes to check upon delivery causing so much inconvenience to myself.
If you are like me, not checking items, inside & outside, upon delivery... please do so ...
i realized that i am not a valued customer as an elite member after all. It is time to move on...

First time using this watson app and I was entitled to birthday month discount. after selecting my item and checking out; bank has approved the payment but watson rejected. I tried to seek help on their live chat and instead of talking to a live agent. they just came out with a reply.. thank you for using our service! omg?!? i was like huh? and came another reply.. please rate our service!!! 🙄 seems like the vouchers all are useless! can’t use anything at all.. not sure even why i want the membership for? crap! 💩
Update: I had a ticket that the CS will contact me but nope! no one did.. it’s ok.. I’ve already deleted the app.. waste of space.
Update: I don’t have any order number.. The issue is , the transaction was approved by the bank but not sure why it got rejected on watson’s side.. I was told that it must be my card blah blah blah… ok fine!! I went to try purchasing some other stuff online and well, it was fine ! no issue.. anyway,, it’s not really a big issue and thx for replying.. I’ve since deleted the and I don’t see I have any need for it anymore in future .. that was why i went down to one of your physical store and gotten some stuff and used up all my points.. done .

twice Watsons Singapore do not honour their 3-hour express service and kept mum until customers have to ask about it. Twice my delivery took more than 3 hours, once more than a day and now they say there's technical glitch and delay delivery and their customer service is rude and not helpful at all.

Not a good experience. There is lack of training to Watsons staff. I was told by your staff on 17/2/24 at 17.45 Habourfront Centre (service without a smile) that the game card I had accumulated 2 stamps is not valid because there is no receipts attached.
I was not informed at Hougang Mall when I received the game card that official receipts need to be attached. And in the 1st place, how can I gotten the 2 stamps if I did not make any purchases at all (no logic).
I was then issued a new game card ($15 per 1 stamp) with 3 stamps for the purchase of $59.80 without reminding customer if I would like to top up with any other purchase since there is only a small shortage of just $0.20 for another 1 stamp. She hurried off the cashier counter after that.
I am quite upset n frustrated with the latter attitude and lack of extra "service" to serve customer better. And 1 final footnote : Please state the important point in the whatever promo card in future for verification by another Watsons store as there are always mismatch of info given by different Watsons store. Hope to be served much better if I will ever shop in Watsons again. THANK YOU
I wish to compliment one of your staffs name Raja. Last week I went to Watson at Parkway to purchase something with my friend. Upon payment I realised that I still have three Watson Gift Cards in my bag. So I requested Raja to help me check the card balance and expiry date. Surprisingly Raja was very patience to help me. I was very impressed that he took a a piece of paper and write the card's balance and expiry. I wish to highlight that nowadays it's not easy to get staff who's so patience and considerate in serving customers.
