Excellent product & outstanding customer service - highly recommended 👍👍👍

Product failed within a few months. Sold with 2 year warranty. Tried to return it but they refused. Water feature has perished and is now leaking. Told me to put some silicone on it ! Absolutely disgraceful products and customer service. Avoid these clown

Excellent service from this company. Product was delivered within 2 days of ordering. Unfortunately the pump did not work. I contacted customer services - very helpful e-mail conversations with Laura and a replacement pump was delivered the next day.

Customer service is amazing,there was a small item missing and after one call to a very pleasant and efficient person ,the item arrived the very next day.

Ordered & fully paid for the Yin Yan Granite feature July 2021, it didn't get delivered till October ( Probable legitimate Covid delays). No stones with delivery, wrong hoses for the pump- which took a couple of weeks and several e-mails to resolve.
Its almost a year and still no sign of the stones, despite me continually chasing up with support.
Absolutely useless and totally unprofessional & condescending. Was advised that the stones were complimentary so could not get a refund for the £50 that they charge for them on their website, which would have been doing them a favour as there would have been no shipping to me costs.
Unable to find any info on contacting anyone else other than support - Wanted to contact Nicola Suzanne Windas or any other member of the family that is part of this shambolic company - They aren't registered as water features 2 go with companies house - Its DIY 2 go - so stay clear of that company swell if they use it for trading !!! Grrr

I cannot praise Water Features 2 Go enough. I recently purchased a fountain and found a minor problem with breakage on the Solar Panel. I then contacted Laura in customer support who immediately dealt with the issue.Thank-you Laura, you renewed my faith in the human race. The water feature is now sitting proudly on our new patio admired by all who see it.

My water feature is just over a year old and the pump stopped working. The customer service I have received from Laura in getting this sorted has been excellent and I’m now back up and running with my beautiful water feature enhancing my garden

This company is a rip off company. Terrible customer service. Paid £900 for a water fountain that was faulty. I sent back and they have refused refund. Saying it is not faulty. Then told me I had to collect from there company at my own cost! Was also under 30 days. Do not buy from this company!!!!!!!!

Delighted with our purchases. We had originally chosen the two water features from our local garden Centre. We then saw them on this Web site £140.00 cheaper overall. We were a little apprehensive ordering on line. What a good experience! Excellent customer service

I bought a beautiful water feature but had a problem with the actual pump and it was very noisy.
Fortunately the problem has been resolved and it is now working beautifully.
Laura was brilliant and did everything she could to sort out the problem.

What outstanding customer service this company offers. I’ve had a couple of issues with a water feature over the past few months. But, once contacted about the issues they were resolved very quickly. My thanks goes out to one particular member of the customer service department and that person is Laura Bowden. She has been amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Next to Amazon, (who imo has the best customer centric values) Water Features 2 Go are up there. Brilliant service. Thank you.

Recently purchased the Sparkling Bowls Easy Fountain from waterfeatures2go ,
Transaction was excellent being delivered to us within a few days of placing order.
instructions to assemble were clear and precise and upon setting up the water feature worked perfectly .
Needed to discuss about the Trap Door for this feature so i emailed them and the response and help was second to none .
Laura who dealt with this for us responded immediately and dealt with our query within a few days to our satisfaction .
Wouldn't hesitate to deal with waterfeatures.com again should i require another product from them .
Prices , Quality ,Service , Response time second to none.

We ordered the Large Babbling Basalt Fountain for my wife’s significant birthday and were initially disappointed by the stone, which we were told was on spec i.e. one diagonal measurement crept in at 650mm but was much smaller across than long. We felt the description on your website was misleading, as diameter suggests even an rounded proportions and the picture on your website is if such a stone. Laura and Louise explained this to us ( a sensitive task) but offered to find a stone we might prefer, subject to our paying for collection of the original stone ( clearly not something we were happy with). A very nice alternative stone was offered and we decided to proceed. The LED cable supplied turned out to be faulty, delaying the installation, but Laura and Louise sorted it quickly and the feature looks fantastic. We urge you to amend your description and congratulate Laura and Louise on rescuing the situation.

Called this company on 23rd August 2021 to check they had a product in stock and was given a definite that they had it in stock. A 4-10 working day delivery estimation was given. On 9th Sept 2021 (12 working days as 30th August was bank holiday) I decided to email for an ETA as still not arrived. I was emailed back to say the item was arriving from their other warehouse in 48 hours and then it will be dispatched. I was contacted today 10th September 2021 to be informed it didn't arrive on the pallet and after speaking to the suppliers the product is now out of stock until further notice. We spent £430 on this product, that was 'in stock' to wait almost 3 weeks for a no-show. It seems that communication between departments needs to be stronger.

I have recently bought a water featurefor my garden from this company.
The ease of ordering and paying for the item was impressive. The item arrived in good time and I was kept well informed about its tracking.
On its arrival there was a minor cosmetic defect in one of the water bowls but with the immediate and prompt reply to my email a solution was made to mine and the companies satisfaction.
I will not hesitate to use this company again for any future garden needs.

I ordered the water feature via Amazon and it arrived within two days. Unfortunately there was a small bit missing. I contacted Water Features 2 Go directly and they were very helpful and replaced the missing part quickly. The water feature, which I am very happy with, is now working perfectly.
