Omega Seamaster…
I recently purchased an Omega Seamaster Diver 300, after searching around I decided on Watch Philosophy after reading good reviews and checking out their website. I dealt with Rick before and during the purchase who was quick to get back to any questions I had and kept me informed on the tracking and delivery including pictures of the watch. I am really happy with the watch and the service and would highly recommend.

4 days to wait for a call or email back after no reply from their main sales email or phone number!

Told me he'd appreciate to change my 1 star review… no chance.
**UPDATE:
The plot thickens, a week later the watch has arrived in the UK. He called me to say he was taking of the stickers so he could take a photo for me? Excuse me? No thanks…. bizarre.
I got the watch today which was a great relief, however things got very messy when I could not activate the warranty. Rick tells how there is a delay on the warranty activation, which I accepted and was happy to wait. He then messaged me to try again… it didn’t work. At this point I was happy to wait 24 hours!
An hour or so pass and Rick calls me to tell me that this was not actually how it works, his tone was arrogant and aggressive, rather than being reassuring he was just talking down to me. He’s been working with watches 40 years and I should stick to “buying” watches and let him “sell” them.
His story was the AD registers the warranty and I should just “take my watch to Breitling” and they will “check it for me”. I got in touch directly and luckily Breitling were going to check it all out with the factory in CH…
While I was waiting, I got another message from Rick, and miraculously it was all working and I could register the watch… Somehow this was all my fault and I am problem! Lovely customer service and Ricks last comments were “maybe you just should have waited before jumping to assumptions” … nice guy.
An absolute crock start to finish, I have no idea what kind of operation they are running there but if you want a proper watch buying process and not be guilt tripped into feeling like they are doing you a favour for getting a good price on a luxury watch. Then please research your vendors / dealers more and do not get greedy like I did.

Thank you for your review! First of all we would like to apologise for the experience you had, but we feel that it is very important for us to address every single point raised above.
We have informed you promptly that your watch will get ordered and we will be in touch once the watch is received by us at our office within 10 days from the moment of order. Our sales representative Rick was then in touch with you over the phone promptly once you have expressed your concern about us not responding to your emails (the ones sent by yourself on the 2nd and 3rd working days from the day the watch got ordered, even though we have given the original estimate of 10 working days and confirmed this together with the order date by email to you). After 2 unanswered emails (within 2 working days from the moment the watch was ordered) you have decided to review our services as "1 star" solely based on the fact that you have not received a response from us between Tuesday 6th of July and Thursday the 8th, whereas the watch was only ordered on Monday the 5th. Rick has therefore reached out to you to apologise for the delay in responding, once again reconfirmed that the watch is ordered and will arrive on time and asked if you could reconsider your rating, as we thought this to be way too harsh solely based on us not responding within 2 days. After this conversation you have changed the rating to 2 stars.
The watch was delivered to us on the 10th working day, just as originally estimated and Rick has called to say that he will be sending the pictures of the watch for your information. As the pictures would've been much clearer without a sticker- Rick has proposed to remove it for the purpose of making the picture solely, however you appeared to be very much dissatisfied with this offer.
The watch has arrived to yourself and you have informed that you weren't able to register the warranty with Breitling. Rick has confirmed that the watch must've been activated and in case you have any doubts about this and the authenticity of the watch- you may then check this with Breitling. Nevertheless throughout the conversation you have expressed that you are totally dissatisfied with the process from the very beginning as it was all poor and unclear. We should nevertheless mention that not only we have fulfilled our originally estimated obligations on the delivery timing, but Rick was also trying to be as helpful and prompt in his responses to every query of yours by phone and Whatsapp so that you receive instant updates once you call or text.
Once we heard that there is a potential issue with the warranty activation, this was immediately addressed by us, and after checking internally we received a confirmation that the watch is indeed activated, which was then passed onto yourself by Rick. You have then confirmed that you were finally successful in registering the watch, but said that "this whole experience has been a joke" and asked "not to contact you again", even though we've been as proactive as possible from the moment we heard that you have experienced the unforeseen issues with the watch.
Unfortunately we are in no powers to control the internal warranty activation processes of the brands, but as nothing like this has happened to any of our previous customers before, we had to go over the process of reconfirming and addressing the issue for you, which proved to be successful and the watch is now with yourself in a perfect operational order with a valid international warranty, as was promised from day one. The rating was nevertheless changed back to 1 star by yourself.
We very much apologise for the inconvenience this has caused, but we in no way had any intentions to make you feel this way. Nevertheless, after looking into other reviews left by yourself on other companies at Trustpilot, it seems that neither had any chances of satisfying your expectations.
In any case, we hope that you will be enjoying your new beautiful watch.

A first class quality service, communication and price for the watch. Postage and delivery was via DHL. Very well packaged. A very happy customer who would have no hesitation recommending the company and would have no hesitation returning to buy another watch from them. A totally stressless experience.

Great service and communication from Maxim and the team when I was purchasing my Omega 300M Diver. By far the cheapest one I could find so I was very happy.

I have recently been looking for a watch as a 50th birthday treat. I have been admiring the Omega Aqua Tera World Timer for some time but knew it was not so easy to get hold of. I was recommended Watch Philosophy by a friend and they have been excellent. The watch was sourced immediately but took about 4 weeks to arrive. The wait was worth it as the watch is excellent and I feel I bought it for a good price. Everyone I dealt with were very efficient and accommodating. Give them a try.

Very happy with my watch purchase and couldn’t have asked for better service. I was called personally by a member of the Watch Philosophy team who assured me of the packaging and shipment of my watch, also adding photos of the process as evidence. The next day it arrived and the watch itself is beautiful. As a gift to my brother, the experience put me at ease that the watch would get to me on time and that I could personally present it to my my brother without any delay. Thanks again.
