WatchObsession Omdömen

Great service, even ordered the wrong size by mistake and absolutely no problem or delays in getting the item exchanged. Lovely smooth reliable service.

Have used them before and will use again.

I have used this company for watch straps a few times and have found them to be fast and efficient With good products.
Would recommend this company highly.

I ordered an alligator strap on Friday afternoon in the week between Christmas and New year, fully expecting delivery in about three or four days. It arrived the next morning. Superb service. Oh, and it's a lovely strap as well and my wife is delighted with it.

Gary and the guys at Watch Obsession are just fantastic to work with, even when buying an Omega watch sight-unseen from a different country. They are consummate professionals and made sure everything was in perfect order when shipping the watch half-way around the world, took care of things right up until it was on my wrist, and all for a price that nobody else could beat. If anybody is thinking about buying anything online, especially big purchases, have no fear...you won't do any better. I'll be back for sure. Oh, and the watch is simply beautiful. Thanks again!

Just received my first watch strap order through watchobsession and I couldn't be happier with the product. High quality item and exactly as described. I would definitely recommend this company.

Outstanding service from the outset.
Great choice of quality watch straps fairly priced. Excellent communication and first class delivery. Cannot fault in any way. Will absolutely recommend and use again.

Jeg har fået den bedste service opfølgning! Gary har været meget informativ og hurtigt svaret, ved spørgsmål. Jeg har købt et ur, i løbet af tre dage var det leveret til Danmark i den fineste stand. Perfekt

I have got the best service follow up! Gary has been very informative and promptly answered, by questions. I have bought a watch, in three days it was delivered to Denmark in the finest condition. perfect

Chris B has been extremely helpful - picked up on the comment I left with my order and advised that the strap and clasp I ordered wouldn't work together. Fast forward a few emails (with me being indecisive) and he sorted everything for me, and was patient the whole time.

Nice website and stock, too.

Great price, and service better than my Authorised Dealer!

Gary kept me informed at all stages of the purchase, thanks Gary!

My watch purchase went perfectly with a great price , sales service and
a feeling that the company cared about you .

Many thanks

Chris

My order was processed promptly and received the following day. The one query I had was answered professionally by a very friendly and helpful member of the Watch Obsession team.

I needed a new strap for my old Avia watch. The website was easy to navigate and there was a great choice of straps - with plenty of detail to identify the one I needed. The delivery was swift and the product well packaged.

Bought an Omega Speedmaster from Watch Obsession.
Great to deal with Mathew and Gary. Always replying to my emails and keeping me updated.
They managed to get my watch to me before Christmas on a short time frame.
Very happy with my experience, I would recommend watchobsessions to anyone !

Finding the site was my first stroke of luck, the website and selection is incredible , I had to limit myself to buying 7 items 😬, considering the time of year I expected to receive my goods after Christmas but deliver was faster than a 'Rat up a drainpipe ' !
I would have rated 6 stars had there been that option , well done watchobsession 👌👍
